Struggling to work with ADHD.

I am a 20 year old man who is completely new to the workforce. And my experience has been completely shit. My first interview I got rejected for being trans. Which fucked up my mental health. Another interview said that I don't get to demand anything (I wasn't demanding just sayin that I'm looking for what benefits and which pay is better) because I'm a new worker. Finally I get hired somewhere. And they make a big deal over me taking a sick day. And apparently there's a rule that after a company picnic ur supposed to show up to work the next day and no one ever told me that. I just didn't come the next day cuz I was feeling sick. And then the head chef said it's basic logic. Which made me kinda mad because how am I supposed to know something I have never heard of. I feel like I'm not meant for a job but at the same time what else can I do?

Are me(19M) and my girlfriend (18F) not compatible? And if we can make this relationship work?

As the title suggests. I wanna know if me and my girlfriend are compatible.

For context: We grew up together and have always been very close. Both of our families kinda sucked so we always depended on each other. Since my mother barely cared for me. My girlfriend was kinda pushed into this role of mother. Kinda mom role but also not. I don't know how it happened but it did. I liked her from the start but was in denial. She didn't like me at first but fell for me. We went through a lot together. I feel like it's my fault that she fell for me. I never stopped trying to get with her, which kinda makes me an asshole but I was young and stupid. My girlfriend is more logical. Not emotional. She does logic and solutions first. I am more emotions and support type. I prefer to be supported emotionally when a problem arises or if I'm being vulnerable or open about something personal. Usually with positive support. My girlfriend is more the type to give solutions and can sometimes sound harsh. Usually her wording sucks. I'm very sensitive to harsh words. If I don't get something positive for a personal thing. I get very upset and anxious. For example, one time a problem happened at an interview I went to, where they asked a personal question which shouldn't be asked and I answered truthfully as I was clueless and new to the workforce. I was very mentally upset by that and was scared to tell my girlfriend about what had happened, as I felt I knew what her answer would be like and I didn't wanna hear it. I eventually did tell her and she said exactly what I had expected. I told her that Interviewer asked this inappropriate question and she at first didn't say the thing but i knew it was gonna lead up to it. And it did. She said it's a business and they will ask this question and you gotta be careful about it. And I know it's kinda true but at that time I didn't wanna hear that. Didn't wanna hear that I basically fucked up getting this job I worked hard for. All I wanted was "who the fuck asks that. I'm so sorry" but I didn't get that.

All our problems kinda go on like this. She is trying to help. But just isn't in the way she thinks she is. My girlfriend is very open about her life. Shares everything and I'm willing to listen and offer help In the best way I can. Her problems are very different from mine. Alot different. But I still try. I'm not open as much. The times I did open up, I always ended up being hurt and never satisfied. So I stopped opening up. One part of me is scared to cuz it hurts. Another part of me thinks so highly of her that I get embarrassed to share these problems or things I'm doing. My girlfriend and I have Gone through multiple breaks and breakups but always ended up together. Whenever she goes to classes or job. That's all she talks about. Which is fine at first. But when its all your talking about. You get bored. I wanted to talk about other things too. I barely talk about me and when I do. I feel like it's not taken with much interest. It feels like she is less interested than I try to be with her. We also roleplay. It's been our thing ever since we were kids. But if she starts classes or goes to her job. We barely roleplay. Which hurts cuz it was our thing. I felt I tried many times but she didn't reciprocate. So I stopped. I was less busy back then. Now I'm busy and she is too. we barely roleplay still. I roleplay with other people online in text and I realized how much more I enjoy roleplay when it's not in fear that she might think it's lame. Not her fault for that of course. Just me thinking way to highly of her. Since we were spending less time. I felt miserable. It took me so long of miserable months to be able to be fine without her. We are still dating. We're chill. But it still feels incomplete. Our love language is also very different. I'm a romantic. I want to give her roses or receive roses, leave notes, get her gifts, take her out, but she isn't into those things. Which is fine. But it hurts cuz I really wanna do those. I like physical touch, she hates physical touch. I love romance taking or flirting idk, she ain't into that. We are different a lot but are also very close.

\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\*TL;DR;\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\* : Is this going the right way?I wanna know if we can make this work? Are we compatible? Is this a doomed relationship? I am willing to answer questions as I don't know how much context to give.

Trans man interview problem

I need some advice because I’m really confused and overthinking everything. I recently had a job interview where the interviewer kept pressing me about my style because I dress as a man despite being biologically female. I told her it was just my style, but she insisted she needed to know more, so I eventually told her I am trans. Then, she started asking which bathroom I use. I said I didn't want to answer, but she kept pressuring me for a reason. Before anyone calls me naive, I’m a sheltered person with ADHD and a neurodivergent mindset, so I didn't realize how intrusive this was at the time.Later, another interviewer brought up safety and liability risks regarding me using the men's bathroom. It felt like I was completely pressured into revealing personal things that had nothing to do with the job. To make it worse, the interviewer kept using 'she/her' pronouns to explain herself, even though she could have made her point without them. She even claimed I 'look and sound like a girl,' when the majority of men and people I meet daily naturally take me for a guy without even knowing I'm trans. I honestly don’t know what to feel or do right now.
