I was skeptical about whether to buy it or not and took a gamble , I did watch the reviews on runrepeat. Com and also the price seems like a good deal let’s see how they perform till now felt good when I wore them
after checking it on run repeat this shoe fits my criteria I was looking for I just wanted to know should I go one size up and how reliable is Tata cliq ?
After the horrors of running in duramo speed 2 Im gonna switch to another shoe pls recommend a good shoe budget under 6k also consider the Amazon and Flipkart sales I need them for daily runs with good cushioning and response so they don’t hurt my knees and shin I’m considering USPA OTTO if any other better suggestions pls help a runner fellow
I got my first running shoe earlier I was using the abros shoes which were good initially but during road run my knee and shin were hurting after certain kilometers I don’t have aerobic limitations for 10-12k but the shoes used to hamper my performance I searched for shoe under my budget and I inclined towards good brands like adidas , Nike , asics . Later I was confused between 2 shoes the uspa Otto and durmao speed 2 but i went to adidas showroom and couldn’t think of any other and bought this today they look great the quoted price was 6.3k but I could get more discount if I bought other products as well so I bought a T-shirt and a shirt so after getting 50% discount I got all 3 of these in 6299 in which my shoe price got around 4.5k
So I want to buy my first good running shoes have been using abros for 3 months and they are not that responsive and my legs hurt after a certain kilometre I don’t feel out of breath but legs start paining so three shoes I have considered are
Duramo speed , duramo rc and duramo sl looking at my budget also I can go for Adizero sl but it’s not in stock any suggestions my max stretched budget is 6k and I want a daily training shoes and most of my runs are around 5-8k and long run around 10-12 which can increase in future when the weather will be favorable
I’m gonna buy my first good running shoe and max budget is 6k although it will be fine under 5k so guys pls suggest which one should I go for the three mentioned are shortlisted by if any other better ones pls do recommend I’m slight inclined towards Adizero sl2 but those ain’t available online
My pb was 24:10 but today it came down to 24:50 drastically I can blame on the weather but I guess it’s coz of me also I didn’t sleep early didn’t eat right. Can anyone who is already near sub 20 help me out my goal is to reach at least sub 22 or sub 21 till years end , I don’t know if it’s realistic or not I don’t have better shoes as of now also clothes are okish so hope they make a difference in coming months since I don’t know why im not allowed to post picture im mentioning my stats

I have heard that zone 2 runs are very important and should be included in your weekly runs , but whenever I tried running I forgot about my pace and start running at good pace which isn’t an easy pace but I don’t realize today I started running maintain a pace above 6 ‘30 /km what I did was just using my phone the entire time and looking at it constantly and it helped me get an easy run 🏃 how do all you guys do your easy runs ?

Literally broken up after hearing that in 2025 computer fucked up my dream in 2024 it was normalization im still unemployed my parents have been suppportive but this endless loop of govt exam has fucked me up I just want to get employed and leave home and my room but now they are gonna include descriptive and will conduct the exam much later which means again a long wait for everything
Does anyone have any knowledge about it , how to get in one and what’s the process pls help the needy out here !!!
