Dinner with a view close to National Hotel

Visiting the island next month and looking for a restaurant for dinner that has a good view, bar seating, great food, and within walking distance from the National Hotel. I looked at a number of places listed on the BI info website but could use some local insight.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Beloved school teacher Susan Ledyard vanishes in middle of the night. What happened to her? New video interview of her sisters on the 7th anniversary of her murder.

Susan Ledyard was murdered in Wilmington, Delaware, and her death remains an unsolved homicide.

On July 23, 2019, the 50-year-old high school English teacher was found dead in the Brandywine River. An autopsy later determined her cause of death to be blunt force trauma and drowning, and authorities officially ruled her death a homicide.

The case remains an active cold case investigation. To date, police have not named any official suspects or made any arrests in connection to Susan's murder.

Nate Eaton spoke with Meg Morrissey Heinicke and Missy Morrissey, Susan's sisters.

A Woman of Substance: Emma’s House

Tagged as “spoiler” just in case…

Is it just me or is Emma’s house a bit of a nod to Vera’s house? There’s a long shot in E2 that made me think that.

Love seeing Brenda Blethyn in anything.

Can anyone recommend a tour agency that does day trips from Edinburgh to Drummond Castle (or combines that castle with others). When searching Viator I see only a very expensive private trip and was looking for something more economical. Get Your Guide doesn't seem to offer any trip like that. Didn't see anything offered by Rabbie's, either. Maybe there's a reason no tours are being offered? Garden lover and wanted to see the gardens there. Thanks in advance.
