To what extent can a four-day week solve the entry level job crisis in developed, highly educated, economies like Europe or America?

I am aware that this may lead to lower wages per capita, and that this is not applicable in a lot of industries, but in that policy conflict, let's take Full Employment as a priority.

However, I am more primarily concerned with the trade off between job losses from firms being less efficient and competitive and therefore are pushed out of the market, and job gains from this policy, possibly including improved working conditions due to less responsibilities on existing employees.

I would be glad to be directed to relevant research and if there's policies better suited to reduce unemployment and underemployment. Thank you.

Why Pay-per-Mile and not Charging Duty?

If electric companies can provide a special tariff for car charging then how can't they include a Charging Duty on top of that? A flat rate per KwH pushes for more efficient car models and further incentivise rooftop solar to avoid the tax.

China funding AIPAC to keep America in the Sandbox

So I just woke up and had to write this down very quickly. I was watching a broadcast on YouTube in my dreams, like the feed was fed directly in my brain rather than though the screen (odd but that's dreams for you) of Hasan - Fuentes being the Democratic presidential ticket and Shapiro - Jake Paul as the Republican one, and also $100bn dollars AIPAC funding discovered coming from Chinese linked businesses.

And like I thought when I woke up, hey that's honestly a good idea. The US is spending it's stockpiles in Iran, and it's being distracted domestically by the AIPAC hysteria throughout the country, while Markets are opening up for Chinese green tech out of desperation with the elevated oil price.

So, if a country who wants America distracted from the Asia Pacific, why not lobby with Israel to get America to do what Israel wants, which doesn't conflict with what China wants? I think it would be the perfect decoy.

Can Someone explain this? North Caloocan

Yung una narinig ko sa ibang tao mag lalagay at mag aayos lang daw ng Kanal dito sa gilid ng mga bahay bahay, pero kalaunan mabilisang sinira agad yung kalsada, which is parang sobrang unnecessary.

Photo not mine, pero araw araw po kami dumadaan dito, almost end of the road napo ito kaya walang mga sasakyan or truck dumadaan, obviously yung condition ng kalsada looks like 100% healthy, literal na walang sira yung Kalsada nayan. Kaya anong rason bakit nya need bungkalin. If I'm not mistaken, wala rin po silang karatula for project planning para maging aware yung mga tao, and para malaman kung magkano yung budget na nakalaan, and sinong mga engr at contractor jaan.

Can the 2nd Cour be interpreted as Gen. AI

So, rewatching a reaction of episode 13 and if the show can be interpreted as a metaphor for >!creative passions and how it's expressed. Can the SSS system be metaphorically similar to Generative AI, which while an easier system for everyone, steals everyone's creative work and the emotions carried with it to fuel itself? !<
