How can I get help the appearance of these scars ?

I’m aware they’ll never fully go away but I’m wondering if there’s anything I could do to improve the appearance of them. They’re on both my thighs and there is easily 100+ of them.
They’re raised but no longer discoloured.
If this isn’t the right sub to post this on please point me in the direction of where to!

My mum has an eating disorder but she refuses to acknowledge it

My mum (43) is a bigger set woman, she’s not by any means obese but not skinny either.
My nan had anorexia throughout my mums entire childhood so my mum grew up watching very bad eating habits and I suppose this is what contributed to it, but not the point I guess.
My mum has stayed relatively the same weight (to look at, we don’t own scales) throughout my entire life but she has done every single diet you can think of. “My diet starts this week, i can’t eat this because i’m on a diet” etc is all i’ve ever heard.
But the thing is, she DOESN’T EAT.
She has crushed ice (yes, just ice) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She’ll pick sometimes, a packet of crisps or an ice lolly here and there but this is 1% of the time, 99% of the time she just eats buckets and buckets of ice daily.
I’ve tried to tell her I think she has an eating disorder but she just jokes and says “an over eating disorder” and tells me she can afford to skip a few meals but NEVER in my ENTIRE LIFE have I seen her sit down and eat a meal. Ever. She’s an insanely active woman too so she should be losing weight but just isn’t (she’s going through menopause and has a vitamin D deficiency which i think is the reason for that) but the point is, she thinks bigger people can’t have eating disorders and so she doesn’t believe she has a problem.
What can i do? I’m so worried about her, she doesn’t eat anything ever.
If she was skinny, she’d be hospitalised for her eating habits and it’s so frustrating.
