So if u placed a order and as we know, most of orders got cancelled from their end anyways, even though no fault of customer, now they deducted extra 5rs for every order, imagine how much profit these guys are looting everytime with these offers!
guys, so what happened was i didn't received what I've ordered and restaurant just sent me another stuff without even asking me. so when I tried to contact chat , I was not even able to connect with human agent and bot rejected my video and photo evidences too. I literally tried for half an hour, but it keeps giving same responses.
next, i even mailed them multiple times about this issue, but they said they can't provide the refund and seriously take my feedback instead lol 😆
I got pissed off, for no fault of mine, they didn't send my items in order, so filed a complaint in consumer forum, now finally I got refund for the items they haven't delivered!
so don't hesitate if u have valid proofs .
