Can’t find joy in life anymore

Ok so in April I like greened out had the worst panic attack of my entire life (first panic attack) and it caused me to develop panic disorder. I used to have a great time with friends, had no problems at parties or going out always drank and had a good time. I am a sophomore in college now and almost every day I have the worst physical symptoms. I look at people doing fun things and think to myself man if I did that I would be so anxious I’m like jealous of all the people around me because they can just live life anxiety free and I’m over here having panic attacks for no reason at all feeling like I’m going to faint. Obviously I have fun but it’s nowhere near how I used to. Every time I go to do something I think “what if I get anxious or have a panic attack” and I just wanna be like how I used to be. I’m in therapy and got prescribed propranolol and I’m too scared to even take it. When does this get better? I just wanna be myself and have fun again it sucks my life was amazing until college and now I just am scared I am always anxious and it genuinely controls my life what can I do to get better? Will I ever even feel normal again?

Eyebrow help

My piercing is always on and off it looked healed for a couple weeks then looks like this then back to healed ish and I’ve had it over a year. It was healed fine for a very long time then I snagged it badly on my pillow months ago and it’s in a cycle of irritated then not. I also think the jewelry might be an issue? I don’t know what jewelry this is but how do I make it so it’s just healed all the way.

Will I ever be able to smoke weed again

Ok so for context i developed weed induced anxiety disorder and I did a lot of research about the matter. A lot of people that experienced what I did used weed to cope with anxiety but that’s the thing I never really did. Sure I smoked when I was upset at dumb shit but I never used it as a masking mechanism. I have been smoking weed for around 4 years and I am 18 now yeah I know i started young but I live in Ohio so those that get it get it. One day I hit 2 blinkers at once and it caused me to have a panic attack or like a very very intense greening out feeling but after that every time I smoked I felt weird and anxious and light headed not like how I used too. I had to go to the ER because it caused me to have a panic attack even when I didn’t smoke 3 days later and even if I took the smallest puff ever off a blunt I spiraled and felt dizzy, like I was dying and yeah. My brain now associates being high or smoking with being anxious and even drinking too. I want to start smoking again but I want to know to those that ever experienced something similar how did you get back into it? Or is this a wait till ur 25 and ur brain is fully developed kinda thing.

new to anxiety pls help

Okay so around mid April I had a terrible high from weed that made me develop anxiety disorder. I had terrible panic attacks, one that sent me to the ER and I don’t even know how to fully enjoy life anymore. I’ve had bad mental health issues in the past but I got better and now this is happening. I feel lightheaded and like my brain is always stuck in fight or flight mode or my nervous system is heavily disrupted. I need help I’m going to therapy and in the process to get on medication but what things can I do to make it better? I really hate how I can’t enjoy life like how I used to and any advice would really help. I’m just really scared and I don’t want to feel this way anymore, there is not a day I don’t feel anxious and random things will make me panic not even things like tests or normal anxiety triggers I feel it for no reason. If I could also get medication recommendations that would be great.

HELP?

Ever since I was 11-12 I’ve had really bad mental health issues. For years of my pre and early teen years I was severely depressed and tried to commit, anxiety was bad due to bullying but it wasn’t horrible just there if something happened. From 15-18 my mental health was a lot better and I mean like unrecognizable and I wasn’t depressed or anxious I just had bad ADHD symptoms that altered my day to day life but that was about it. A little over a month ago I think I developed a panic/anxiety disorder because I’ve never had anxiety this terrible in my life and it was when my first semester of college was ending. Nothing traumatic happened to me during this time it’s like anxiety spawned in my body and it’s really bad, I never delt with something this terrible/much. I get super super dizzy and like idk if this makes sense but it feels like I’m scared of something even when I’m calm like you know that feeling when ur super scared to ride a roller coaster it feels like that but not in a good way and like 100x worse and I’ve had like 3 panic attacks and had to go to the hospital because I thought I was dying. I am going back to therapy and taking hydroxzine for it and it helps a little but tips would really be appreciated. Had this happened to anyone else? It started after a bad weed high after smoking for years but Jesus it’s terrible and I just want to feel normal again. Could this be a sign of unprocessed trauma coming back to surface or how have you guys managed this?

Hair dye/extension help

I got my hair dyed lighter and I don’t know why but these darker spots appeared and don’t match my extensions, what can I do without visiting a specialist and what products should I use (from Sally’s, Walmart, target) will help this all blend, I might have washed out the toner because I washed it for the first time and this is the outcome

Hi! I’ve been working out on and off the past couple years (I did a lot more before college) and I want to use up the free gym perk in college and there’s certain things I want to work on. Here are my main goals and can someone tell me the best exercises that would help me reach this. Main goals:

  1. More of a snatched waist rather than just flatting it. I heard myths that certain exercises can cause rib

flares

  1. and grow ur external ab obliques rather than snatching them in.
  2. I want to grow my glutes but mostly side glutes the most to make my hips look more fuller (yes I know you can’t change your bone structure I just want to grow the muscles around your hip bones)
  3. I heard upper back workouts can help with that hourglass figure.
  4. I want to thicken my thighs and lower body overall

I know bone structure can impact a lot of this and obviously you can’t magically pick when you want your fat to be. For reference I am 5’4 and 115-120 pounds. Also what is a recommended protein goal for faster/best results. Sorry if this is a lot lol I just see so many videos and I’ve tried to do my own research it’s just overwhelming me with all the options !

EDIT: For reference my physique matches the Average Illium Flare - Average & High Trochanter on the hip shape and proportion diagram on Google!

I’ve been a daily weed smoker since I was like 15-16 and I’m currently 18. I never had an issue with it, sure I’ve greened out and had really bad highs from taking too much when I was more of a beginner but a week ago (maybe a little longer) I hit 2 dab pens at once and I don’t know if it was a panic attack or not. My symptoms were uncontrollable leg shaking, dizzy, nauseous, heart beating super fast, and just really bad paranoia. I have really bad anxiety but I never really had a panic attack before and I don’t know if that what it was. I’m taking a break obviously but has this happened to anyone else? After that day I tried smoking again the next day and I felt the same way super anxious, really dizzy, and nauseous and symptoms lasted a couple days after. Was this a weed induced panic attack or sound like something else?
