So, as it is obvious from the picture, I've received genuine product from Flipkart. It is in perfect condition and brand new condition and I've verified everything like serial number and configurations. Mic, speakers and camera are top notch. Overall, there are zero issues with product and I'm genuinely impressed.

Now, i want to share my experience with Flipkart. So, after contacting customer care yesterday (29th), I knew that the cause for hold was absence of my PAN details as my order was above a specific threshold (probably 2L). They told me that I'll contacted from their side on or before 1st August for resolution. I was very pissed off at that as I thought it might affect my delivery date of 2nd August and there is no guarantee of resolution.

However, surprisingly, I received a call within an hour from their side and they asked me to enter my PAN details and upload a JPEG. I did that and in few minutes, they verified it and my order was approved. I could see my order moving from one city to another, and one warehouse to another. By midnight, it was already in my city (Delhi). By noon, it was at my nearby hub. I thought they might deliver it next day, so after suggestions from reddit, I decided to visit the hub by myself and pick it up. I reached there and my parcel, fortunately, was sitting in a rack comfortably. It was relieving. They handed it to me without any questions. I unboxed it while making a video. The box was in almost perfect condition.

I checked the specs on box, and gave a green light. The box had original seals. I unboxed it, the laptop itself was in perfect condition. Battery health was at 100%, no signs of wear and tear, configurations were matching. It was brand new and in perfect condition. I shared th OTP and came back home.

So, my experience with Flipkart was surprisingly great, in terms of customer care responsiveness, shipping and product legitimacy. I couldn't experience delivery itself, so i won't say anything about it.

So, you can call this a gamble and i understand it was risky and there are real cases of fraud which everyone shared with me with other positive reviews as well. Im thankful that there were no issues with my order and I hope Flipkart keep working like this for every order. Thank you for reading.

Expected delivery date is 2nd August, but I've seen some posts where people received their parcel 2 days earlier and my timeline was matching with theirs. Everything was on time but somehow it hasn't reached nearest hub yet even though it should've hours earlier and already be out for delivery. What do you think is the reason? I can't contact Flipkart as technically there's no delay. What should I do?

So, i just ordered an M4Max yesterday. The config were great and it was at old prices with extra discount on the top of that. Im not a fan of resellers or buying online but i had no option as new stock is expensive and old stock doesn't come with exact config that I need.

After finally pulling the trigger last night, I was having some "on hold" issue due to PAN verification issue which got resolved recently through a call. Till now, everything seems fine.

I was sceptical about Flipkart's legitimacy and I was frustrated due to the "on hold" issue, so I shared everything at r/f*ckflipkart.

Now all of the comments are asking me to cancel the order or asking why I ordered from FK, instead of apple store or offline store. But you can guess why i had to choose Flipkart. I wanna know if it's survivorship bias or Flipkart is actually that bad as I've never ordered anything tech from Flipkart.

I wanna know your experience especially with apple products or macbooks. I am asking here to get neutral answers and know if i should cancel the order or let it deliver then see what should be done.

So, i just ordered an m4max at 3.4L yesterday (10:32 PM). I paid in full with my debit card. Since then, it's on hold. I read on reddit that it's quite common and it gets resolved on its own within 24 hours. But, when i contacted the customer care, they told me that I'll be contacted by support team on or before 1 Aug. The delivery date is expected on to be 2nd. What should I do? Should I wait or ask them to cancel my order. This was a pretty good deal for me, that's why I haven't cancelled yet.

A controversial video has surfaced from Uttar Pradesh, exposing a massive misuse of taxpayer funds just for political branding.
