I'd like to understand more about the use cases for log regression vs regular. How do you know which to use?

Also, are there any other common mathematical operations that are commonly used in transforming regression datasets? Any books you'd recommend on the subject?

I'd like to get better at working out consistently (thinking of trying the Norwegian 4 by 4 because it's supposed to improve cognitive function) and taking care of my things consistently.

Could be cool to have a group where we log what we do cleaningwise/workout wise, and hype eachother up as we improve at consistency :) Maybe with reminders for certain tasks?
