Suppose I get a seat in spot in mechanical in walchand and i take it and in the next week or so I also get a seat in mechanical at spce then am i eligible to take it and can I cancel my walchand spot seat or is it final? Also do these two colleges hold their spot at the same time or which one is generally earlier?
