I have modified 
The length of my stride
And the way I carry my weight

Anyone else feel like water tastes unusually good now? I love my Diet Coke and have always tried to offset that by drinking seltzer in equal amounts, but plain chilled water is suddenly delicious in a way that is immediately gratifying instead of just ‘I’m doing it because it’s supposed to be good for me’.
