I need help
so for context, I built my first PC this afternoon, but it won't boot up, it would just spin it's fan for a second or 9 and then would be dead. I would have to unplug and replug the PSU to even get it to spin it's fan a 3rd time, I didn't know what I did wrong

This is a shot of a Vietnam Airlines A321neo at Tan Son Nhat international airport I took back in late April this year, coincidentally the exact same jet that I flown on as a passenger in summer of 2025.

I sh## you not, I shot a BB gun behind me, it ricochet’s into the hinge, didn’t notice it, close the hinge, and then it cracked

First time building a PC!!!
I’m still waiting for the gpu to come, I’m building this for my brother.
It’s an H61 gigabyte motherboard with 8GB DDR3 and an i5-3470. I was planning on 16GB of ram but it hasn’t arrived yet, I used some RAM I got from the bundle I got the board and the cpu. (Also yes I know this build is pretty damn outdated, but there isn’t much resources for newer parts where I live)
