Hi, I urgently need help regarding a Payoneer account name change.

I recently got married and legally changed my name. I’m currently trying to complete verification for my Etsy store, but my Payoneer account still has my old name.

Support emailed me instructions saying I should go to Profile Settings and submit a “Request Name Change” form, however that option does not appear anywhere in my account. I’ve already emailed support multiple times over the past few days but haven’t received a response.

Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how I can get Payoneer to manually process the name change?

I can provide all legal documents and proof if needed. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I recently started my Etsy store for my clothing brand, and I just found another seller using my original product photos/designs and reselling them under their own shop. This other seller is unfortunately a client of mine and has been reselling my original products from a Etsy account based in the UK. Just to clarify, i am based in Pakistan & Etsy just allowed pakistan to sell products

These are pieces I created for my brand, and seeing someone repost them on Etsy before my own account has even grown is really upsetting. My store is still new, so I’m worried buyers will think they’re the original seller instead of me. Should I be reporting it or talking to my own client would help? Or should i just stop selling my pieces to her
