JPMC vs EU Career Move

So guys, here’s the situation I’ve cleared 5 long interview rounds at JPMC. Initially, the hiring manager discussed an offer of 60 LPA and was willing to match another offer, so now it’s around 64 LPA which is highest of the 4 offers I've in my hand..

At the same time, I also received an offer from a Poland-based company. They’re planning to sponsor my visa by the end of this year, and until then the pay would be around €6.5k/month.

I still haven’t decided which one to choose. Financially, JPMC looks solid, but I’ve always had aspirations to work abroad and experience that lifestyle as well.

Part of me feels I can always make it back to companies like JPMC later in my career, so I’m leaning a bit towards taking the international opportunity.

Just wanted to know .. does this sound like the right intuition, or am I overlooking something?

Big Day - Wish me luck🤞🏻

Guys, I have a one-on-one meeting with the VP of Product Engineering tomorrow. I’ve been working on a product that functions as an add-on for ERP like SAP and Salesforce supporting P2P workflows. It has gone through multiple levels of review and testing &' now it’s finally at the stage of a final demonstration with the Global Head of Product Engineering. I’m quite nervous and excited at the same time 🤞🏻 Hoping this gets productized🤞🏻

Anyone here worked at LeverX?

Hey, hi i there, I’m looking for honest reviews about the company mentioned in the title. It’s a Poland-based company & I recently received an offer letter for a fully remote role. The pay and benefits look ok to me,but I’d like to know more about the work culture and overall experience working there.

I’ve also heard there'll be tough screening by SAP Labs for any future project or assignments. If anyone has any experience or insights, please share

We’ve got a new SAP HANA 25.4 SP1 sandbox environment as for AI innovation, and the licensing already isn’t cheap. In the process of getting a BTP licensed version, knew that bill climbs after that comes in 🥲 hope it actually delivers value and justifies the spend 🤞🏻

SAP Public Cloud feels restrictive tbh particularly for agent-based integrations mainly limited exposure of custom APIs is big constraint here and makes it harder to build more advanced use cases..🙂
