This guys is so damn cool looking. Just added to the tank a few days ago, but it’s on the verge of full polyp extension.

This tank just makes me smile.

Added some red montipora digitata, and some clove polyps. Repositioned some capping montipora.

Seems as if someone on the Ready or Not dev team must have been a fan of the film adaptation…

Yes, Seraph has a bathrobe. 🤣

I swear, all this fish does is post up, stare, and judge everyone, and everything…

Also, incredibly difficult to get good photos of. 🤣

- Split one medium/largish and only moderately happy gorgonian in to four, now extremely happy separate ones

- Psammocora is absolutely exploding

- Both Seriatopora continue to branch at a good rate

- Longnose Hawkfish (new addition, top middle/left of the last half of the video) has settled in quite nicely

A bit of an oddball shelf, but I dig it.

Man, I’m going to miss Subterranean Press… 🫤

Did some rearranging the other day, and I’m enjoying the current look of the tank.

Also, a new purple photosynthetic gorgonian!

Got a great deal (15 USD) on a purple photosynthetic gorgonian that found its way to my LFS after a tank tear down.

Had some hopeless bits, but after some trimming, and two days in my tank, it’s perked right up.

One more signed TBB edition added, and Railsea preordered.

I’m hoping they release the two remaining editions that SubPress put out, (The Census-Taker, and Three-Moments of an Explosion.)

Even if not, getting in on the begging of a matching signed release from such an author has made me beyond happy.

Seeing as how posting shelves containing books in a subreddit entitled “bookshelves” got a few people antsy in the pantsy, here’s the next installment.

A mixture of some pedestrian, some unique, and some that are nearly made of unobtanium.

This is one of my favorite shelves, as it not only contains the most difficult to acquire edition in my collection, but also the most absolutely beautiful one.

Care to guess which is which?

Side note: despite six of the editions on this shelf being from Cemetery Dance, they can, in the eternal words of Donnie Darko, “go suck a fuck.”

Got a replacement RFA after the previous one was DOA due to FedEx losing the overnight shipment for a day, and this thing is stunning!!!

Recently picked up both sets of the Maxspect TrueReef coral filters, and finally had some time tonight to start trying the Sunset Boulevard version out. Holy crap, it makes a difference!!!

On my next days off, I’ll try the Gouda Cheese version, since I’m the lighting for that filter is only on when I’m at work.
