Love my new dishes!
Just bought these at an estate sale! According to the stamp, they are mostly from 1949. It's an 8 place setting set, with another set of smaller plates and small bowls.

I promise, this isn't snark or anger, I'm genuinely curious. Why do people who want the show to be canceled stay active on this sub (and other similar forums)? Why not move on to other interests, instead of hating on something other people love?
I see this on other longstanding shows too, but it seems like it's more prevalent, or maybe just more vocal here.
I'm not talking about posts that criticize specific characters or storylines, that's healthy discourse. I'm referring to posts or comments that take the time to rail against the fact that the show is still being made at all. I just don't get it. Why do people care?
If I lose interest in a show, I just stop watching it (NCIS, for example). I don't use my time to insist it should be canceled just because I personally don't enjoy watching it anymore. I'm glad other people still like it, and that there are people who still have fun making the show.
Personally, I still love Murdoch Mysteries. Yes, I miss George so much and thought the show was better with him in it. I still love watching the old episodes. But it's still a great show, and still better than most of the other shows on tv now. Inspector Choi has been a great addition, and the original ) or longstanding) cast that remain still clearly love being there and are having fun with it.
I'm still always thrilled when a new episode is available to watch. I hope it keeps going for as long as they enjoy making it!
Hi everyone! I just bought a 2023 Rav4 Prime and I love it!

I just read about the "My Room" mode for us when it's plugged it. That sounds fantastic, because I also just bought a tent that connects to the back so I can sleep in the back but still have the attached tent too.

My question is about plugging it in at campgrounds. Those usually have the 30 - 50 amp outlets for RVs, and the Prime came with a the regular 110v cable. Can I safely use a 30 amp to 110 RV adapter plug, possibly with a splitter, like the one pictured?

Thank you!
My wife grew up in Southern Michigan and loved Amish Acres as a kid. Looking online, it seems like a lot of people say it's not great anymore, and it's not entirely clear if it's even still open to the public?
Has anyone been there recently? If it's closed (or disappointing now), do you recommend anyplace similar to what it used to be like?
We're traveling from the west coast on a road trip, and will be in the general area for a few days.
Thanks!
I recently read Checkmate, Mr Darcy by Sydney Salier, and much to my surprise, it's become one of my all time favorite P&P variations. The humor is fantastic, everyone gets what's coming to them, and Elizabeth ends up with someone who respects her from the beginning.
Don't get me wrong, I love Darcy and Elizabeth. But this Darcy was so much worse than usual. Also, Jane deserves better than Bingley.
Are there any other books like this, that are this good? I love that it's funny and lighthearted, and would love more like it!
