Building an "operating system" for solo founders (Yodhakit)
I'm building Yodhakit, a platform for solo founders and tiny teams who are basically running a whole company by themselves — ops, hiring, upskilling, admin — with none of the infrastructure a bigger startup would have.
The idea started from watching how much time solo founders lose just figuring out how to do things (compliance, hiring your first person, structuring ops) versus actually building their product. We're combining startup ops tooling, and a talent placement layer to help with that — we're also working on government/incubator relationships.
Still early and validating hard. If you're a solo founder or small team — what's actually eating your time right now that shouldn't be? Genuinely want to hear where this breaks down before we build further.
High viral load is treatable?
My father has a chronic hepatisis B and his LFT levels are normal, but his viral load is in millions. Someone with the same experience of high viral load?
Building an all-in-one platform for startups & solo founders
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a platform designed specifically for startups and solo founders.
The idea is simple: instead of using 10 different tools, can we build one platform that helps founders start, build, and grow their business?
Some things we're exploring include:
- AI agents to automate repetitive work.
- Startup management tools.
- Team collaboration.
- Documentation and knowledge management.
- Hiring and talent discovery.
- Learning resources for founders.
- Integrations with popular SaaS tools.
We're still validating the idea, so I'd love some honest feedback.
A few questions:
- What's the biggest pain point you face while building your startup?
- Which tools do you use every day?
- If one platform could replace several tools, what would it absolutely need to include?
I'm not here to promote anything—I genuinely want to understand what founders need before we build further.
Thanks!
Solo founders — what's the one tool you wish existed but doesn't?
