Overheating Every Summer

I have a 2012 Fusion Sport. I had it overheat one summer while idling outside. I took it in to get fixed. On hotter days the temp gauge will go up when idling. Ive taken it in several times and they can't find the issue. I am reminded every summer since when I have my first idle on a hot day. It does not do this on cool days. And if I see the temp gauge go up, even when its almost maxed, I will start driving and it will come down, in some cases almost immediately. I've been wondering if this could be as simple as a stuck thermostat issue? That would be the dream.
Where can I find a budget underwater housing for a Canon Rebel T4i?
Does it make more sense as for as money spent to quality of lens to by an RF lens out right or and EF and get a converter?
I have been a rebel user who does video and photo. I have been looking for a good professional hybrid camera to upgrade to. I feel this is the one. Any thoughts on it?
So, I was editing photos in Light Room Classic and listening to Spotify. All of a sudden there's a buzz in the audio. Headphones and speakers that would go up and down with the volume. Restarting the computer made it go away. It happened again. This time I recorded my desktop to show on here. As soon as I stopped the recording it went away. What could this be and how can I stop it from happening?
