interlock ?? advice and input needed

so I’m pretty much off probation now and my probation officer said all I need to do is come in and pay my $50 balance with them and then I’m done with probation and she’ll send in my VASAP completion form to the DMV.

The DMV website in my account on there says that there isn’t any requirement for an interlock.

When I got sent from my dui, a requirement was to have a interlock for 12 months, but my probation officer didn’t mention anything about it in our last conversation and my DMV summary doesn’t say anything about it either.

Should I mention it at all to my probation officer or the DMV or should I just go to the DMV and see if they’ll license me without it?

UPDATE!!😄😄

Today went GREAT! I walked in with my PO, we chatted for a bit and i had asked her what she thought was gonna happen and what she was going to recommend, she told me she felt very positive about the what the outcome would be and i shouldn’t be worried. i got called up and i pled no contest, the judge(a new judge) dismissed the case with zero extra fines, no extra time on probation, i did not get tested, and my PO even told me I don't have to come in for a final test. I am so relieved and officially done on July 18th!

court coming up

i violated probation on my second test for thc back in september. i have been clean ever since and passed all my test, paid all my fines and court cost off, did a drug class for 10 weeks passed all my test there, do my vasap class and see my po every month,

How likely is it i will be test at court? and how likely is jail time in my situation?
