I recently joined my friend ReadyMix Gaming for a slightly different kind of WoW video.

Rather than talking about the current meta, tier lists or Mythic+, we sat down and talked about what 20+ years of World of Warcraft has actually meant to us.

We talked about the early days of WoW, the people we met, guild friendships, quitting and coming back, how much the game has changed, and whether modern WoW can ever recreate that feeling of discovering Azeroth for the first time.

One thing that really stuck with me from the conversation was that sometimes when we say we miss "old WoW", we might actually miss who we were when we first experienced it.

I’ve been going through the updated version of King’s Rest on the 12.1 I put together a full guide for anyone preparing for Midnight Season 2.

It covers the opening Guardian pull, useful dispels for the Minions of Zul, the updated bosses and trash, priority interrupts, Shadow of Zul, and the new Dazar encounter from a tanking perspective.

The dungeon looks familiar, but quite a few mechanics and timings have changed from the original version.

Hi,

I only play Tanks and I am looking for a one-night-per-week raiding guild, ideally with a realistic CE goal. Because I want to keep pushing for 0.1% title in Season 2, I'd like to reduce my raid days to one day per week.

I tank in Mythic raiding and high-key M+ (22s - 23s) across Protection Paladin, Brewmaster Monk, Guardian Druid mainly - but also progged with Protection Warrior and Vengeance Demon Hunter.

During TWW, I progressed Mythic Dimensius into Phase 2; in Midnight S1, we progressed to Mythic Paladins. However, in both seasons, the guilds stopped pushing.

I am currently 4,000+ RIO Resilient 21 in Midnight Season 1 (Guardian Druid and Brewmaster Monk) and I finished TWW at around 4,000 RIO Resilient 21 (Pally Prot and Warrior Prot).

Hey everyone, I’ve been testing the reworked Temple of Sethraliss (18 July) and put together a guide covering the mechanics that caused the most problems in our runs.

The main things to watch are the big pull at the entrance, the soak and movement sequence on Adderis and Aspix, the new reworked Eyes Gauntlet, killing Merektha’s adds quickly to end Burrow, covering all three beams on Galvazzt, and managing Tormentors and Corrupted Lifeforce correctly on the Avatar.
