Legoland California parking question

I am going to Legoland California this weekend and curious what the parking situation is. I have heard if you get there early enough parking is free but not sure what time. I was also looking at the map and it seems parking at the Costco might be an option from what I’ve heard from some people as I see a crosswalk on the map that leads to the entrance. Just curious if there are any ways to bypass the 40 dollar parking.

Crowds question

I am curious how crowds are this week? I assume they are still pretty crowded this week since most schools don’t start until next week. I plan to go next week on a weekday and hoping it will be empty by then. I also plan to go this week/weekend if I can.

Sea World Quality Question

Can anyone explain the sea world experience in San Diego over the recent summer? I really like coasters and want to go when I’m in town on the 15th of August (Saturday) but unsure how crowds are. The consensus online seems to be ops suck and lines are multi hour but I remember my last trip a few years ago had no lines so I’m curious what the experience is like now. I recall food lines/guest services taking forever also. I have been reading up lately on it and I am thinking this isn't the best idea after ticket/parking/food prices. The only positive going for me at the moment is the rides but I would hate to wait longer than 20-30 min for anything.

Sea world quality question

The last time I went to sea world San Diego was a few years ago and I liked the coasters a lot. For reference I went in December a few years ago and the lines were empty. I am planning to try and go on a Saturday or Sunday in mid August and curious how the park is these days. I have heard mixed things, and curious if going is even worth it. I am a big coaster guy but I dont want to pay the money if its overcrowded and crappy. The free extra day seems nice but if the quality is overall lacking I am debating even going. I am curious to hear from those who have been recently.

Got an interview scheduled with the Boring Company

I have an interview for a field engineer position in Vegas with the Boring Company and curious if anyone has heard about the experience there. The starting pay is pretty good for a fresh college grad at about 90-95k, but the hours seems pretty bad. I was told 5-6 days a week are normal at 12 hours. I feel like I should just cancel this interview but I am also open to hearing from the manager. I applied over a month ago but just got a phone call about it and an interview scheduled for tomorrow. Any advice helps, I also am waiting to hear back from a few more companies I interviewed with so I figure maybe I should at least take the phone call tomorrow, but it feels like if I get this job I will have no life outside of work. I currently work an internship that is flexible with hours so I am easily able to leave for interviews and such now, but I am looking for something more full time. This offer is tempting since I have had very few callbacks, but I am getting the impression that this might be a bad idea. Any advice is appreciated.

Edit: I just got an offer from the company I wanted to work with for just under 70k with normal hours so I plan to take that. I’ll still go through with the boring call tomorrow but will decline.

Edit 2: I got a call from the company I wanted to work for initially a few hours after the boring interview. I plan to peruse that with a normal work week and good pay.

Question about Park and Ride

I am going to a show at the Hollywood Bowl on August 9th and am curious how the park and ride experience is. I have heard that parking at the bowl is not a good idea, but i am curious whether the shuttle lines are super long after a show for the park and ride option. I assume based on other venues with shuttles that it might be pretty crowded after the show but I am curious to hear what others have seen.

Question about weekend crowds

I am trying to plan a trip to Legoland towards the middle to end of August and was wondering how crowds are on weekends. I would either be going on a Saturday or Sunday. I heard from a friend who went over spring break with his family that Saturday was empty but I find that hard to believe given how crowded most socal theme parks are over holidays/summer. I was curious if there are any regulars who would be able to offer their input.

Crowd levels this week

Just wondering how crowds have been this week, I have been debating going while I’m in town this week but I imagine that it is pretty crowded with schools out now.

Need advice on taking cipro antibiotic for ear infection.

For reference, I am 21, and am generally healthy. I have had a history over the last year of sinus infections leading to ear infections. I had a pretty bad sinus infection a few weeks ago that led to an ear infection and I was diagnosed amoxicillin for 10 days. Unlike my previous infections, this one got less painful, but did not entirely clear up. I went to the ENT today and the NP recommended cipro after doing a CT and seeing that the fluid was deeper in my sinuses behind some bone. She said that ciprofloxacin is really the only drug that would be able to penetrate the bone effectively. She said that it was up to me whether I wanted to take it, and that it had a very rare side effect of tendon issues, with the only alternative being to take another antibiotic like the one i already took and it probably wouldn't work. Since then I have went into an internet spiral and seen LOTS of negative things about cipro and I am currently debating whether or not to take it. I am going to be travelling and walking a lot in the sun, which she said should be fine. I got a second opinion from a family member who is a doctor and said that the side effects are extremely rare and to just take it. I am sure it will be fine but I wanted to try and get some opinions from those who have taken it and see what the consensus is.

I am ordering my glasses for my first time online, and I know everything I need besides the lens thickness. The options from lenscrafters that I am looking at are either the standard lenses or the thin lenses. The thin are an extra 32 dollars with my insurance. My prescription is only about -1.5 sphere in one eye and -0.25 in the other, so I think the standard lenses are fine, but I am unsure about material. I see that the standard lenses are plastic and the thin are polycarbonate. The lenscrafters person tried to upsell everything when I went in to discuss it and I am not sure whether the extra thickness is actually necessary. Additionally, I want to ask about with coatings, as there is the standard anti-reflective and the premium coating. I am curious if anyone has experience with those.
