Hi , I'm a carnivore and I had my fair share of veganism where I would have 95-100% of my food being vegan. These days were the unhealthiest times of my life . I have come across many vegan posts where carnivores would comment on the health benefits of the diet. That made me think , what made you start the vegan diet , what was harder or easier to do, how you felt compared to other diets , did you do it for health reasons or for the animals and what made you finally stop it? Have tried other diets , before or after the vegan diet, what diet do you currently have and how do you feel on this diet compared to other diets?

Hi , recently I managed to learn the basics on how to make custom skins. So I managed to make the white broken covenant skin working again , I will be on runes reforged page , it is currently pending for review, but it should be available to download soon.

Shout out to SanAndreas for making this beautiful skin , i only changed the file names to make it work (which wasn't easy).

Hi , in the last month I was in a mission to try and find fixes for league of legends awful stuttering , I'm talking about 0.1% lows hitting 35 fps and min fps being 5. I have tried bios tweaks, drivers,softwares,windows and game tweaks. With these changes I managed to go to a healthy 135 fps 0.1% lows and basically zero stuttering .This will be a long post talking about everything that might be the root cause of your stuttering.

I have a Ryzen 9 5900x ,rx6600 (1060 3gb) 32gb of 2400mhz ram running at 2666mhz , 1tb nvme ssd,850w gold psu.

I have managed to recreate the same results on both cards. So it's not an AMD or Nvidia issue the fact that you stutter.

Disclaimer, you might have more than one problems for your stutters and fixing one might not show results so it's better to do everything ,also make one change at a time and re test.

1. System needs :

Make sure all your power cables are in and have made the click sound, test your monitor cables. Make sure that your HDMI or display port is connected to your gpu an s not the mother board.

Important to have 32gb of ram , the reason being that at 16gb vanguard starts slamming your PC with hard page faults which can cause stutters. At least a sata ssd where you have the OS and the game installed.

2. Ideally a fresh windows 10/11 clean install:

If you have a corrupted install some of these fixes might not stick , there are ways to check if a fix actually took place , but if you have clean windows they will stick 100% .

3. properly installed drivers:

I can't stress this enough , windows will aggressively download and install its own drivers and name them like your system components making you think that you have the correct drivers installed. Properly discard any driver that you don't use by downloading Demanview ,device mamager and ddu. For example for the AMD chipset drivers , download them from AMD , disconnect from the internet and remove them , install the new ones and restart. Same thing using the ddu and the display drivers.

Some drivers that I recommend disabling:

Voice clarity,any wan driver, port com1, any unused sound driver,hpet,hyper-v, virtual driver enumarator, ndis virtual Network, also go to view and click show hidden devices , delete anything that is greyed out.

4. background apps

From discord to Nvidia control panel to adrenalin, everything except for your game and process lasso must be off. This doesn't include windows services . Discord calls cause stuttering.

5. Use process lasso

Use process lasso and bind the game to 4 physical cores , choose any 4 except for core 0. Select all other processes and remove them from the 4 cores you just selected. This removes any interrupts to your game.

6. Set your page file .

Good rule is to take your memory capacity 1024 * 1.5 and that is your page file , hit 'set' and restart.

7. On device manager go to your chipset and GPU drivers , double click and go to properties , go to the events tab and scroll down to check the last event , if it says something like ,device failed to start or something similar , you have a big problem.

8. Turn off windows settings like , hags ,core integrity,game mode ,file indexing

9. Find your game location , usually , c:\riot games\league of legends\game\league of legends.exe right click and go to properties and disable full screen optimations.

10. Go to display and then graphics and disable optimizations for windowed games . Go down a bit and click on add desktop app , find the game and add it and set it to high performance. And disable optimations for windowed games. Also you disable hags from here if you have a Nvidia GPU by clicking on advanced graphics settings.

11. on the search bar go to exploit protection, select programs , add all .exe instances of league of legends and vanguard , there are 10 .On each one go ahead and hit override and disable the slider to all 23 system settings. You need to restart after this.

There is a huge conflict between vanguard and windows defender and this stops Windows from second guessing vanguard during your game and causing a lot of stuttering.

12. Go to security , antivirus, scroll down to exclusion and add everything that you think is safe . This will stop Windows from doing random searching on your c driver files of your choosing. Ideally you wanna put the whole c drive but putting riot games and vanguard is good enough.

13. Go to your bios , and ideally disable virtual threads . You can let pbo on auto , and not mess with it ,any setting will boost fine , just don't disable it.

14. Ideally over clock you ram speed ,if you don't want or can't just set it to xmp or expo, be sure to use a tool to stress test your ram for stability, also use a frame time tool like capframeX to see your before and after to make sure your ram isnt failing .

15. Set virtualization and spread spectrum to off

16. If you have an Nvidia card it good to set the shaders cache limit to : unlimited. It good to clear the shaders on every update.

17 , I have tried many driver version for AMD , none perform as good as the lastest.

This is the list of changes that worked for me .

Some other stuff that might be a thing is , overlays which I mentioned as a background activity, mouse polling rate , anything over 1khz can cause problems. RGB on your fans , keyboard and mouse , set them to static or off and remove the control software.

Hi in my last post I mentioned how lol feels super laggy lately, especially aram.

I found a solution for AMD CPUs (5900x) that fixes 90% of fps drops.

​

Requirements: fresh windows 11 pro installation and process lasso.

​

Optional: go into bios an enable xmp/ expo and PBO , download and Ryzen master to know which cores are the best (it's usually core 1 )

​

Open league go to settings (during the log in screen) and disable hardware acceleration ( it's good to disable this setting for any app that you might use ).

​

Get into a practice tool ,then open process lasso ,go to processes find league of legends .exe right click and set CPU Affinity -always -select CPU Affinity - disable all cores and select 3 physical cores usually CPU 2 ,4 and 6 . If you have a bad CPU try more than 3 if 3 isn't enough.

Select every other process (Ctrl+a) and then deselect league of legends.exe (Ctrl+mouse click) . Right click and select CPU Affinity and set it CCD 1. Find most Riot related processes and set CPU priority to below normal , except vanguard (normal) and leagueclient set it to above normal (you can find by sorting by cpu usage , it will have around the same CPU usage as the game .

Also go back to the game process and set every metric (CPU/GPU/Io/ram/...) to high .

And that's it. Stuttering won't entirely disappear but it should be way better.

You can download capframeX and check out your frame time during a game, there should be a difference in the before and the after. Don't forget to set the capture time to zero(0) because it's set to 20 seconds. Press f11 to start and end capture , then click on the new file and click analysis on top . You should see a nice graph.

Let me end this by saying that no other setting has produced any measurable result for me , I'm still tweaking which riot processes need to be at which priority and which cores/CCDs should be utilized. If you manage to get a perfectly flat line in your frame times please share your settings.

Every year the fps drops are getting worse and worse. I have tried everything that riot includes on their page about low fps but nothing works. I have tried lowering mouse polling rate to re installing drivers/windows to changing windows setting and bios settings.

With the new patch the fps drops have gotten noticably worse and a new problem showed up. While playing my champ stops moving becoming completely unresponsive but everyone is moving fine. So its not packet loss or lag , the character just stops.

Hi I have been a master otp riven top enjoyer for the past couple of years. And I wanna get better at riven and at the game. Over time top has became too frustrating to play , especially riven, it feels like every champ counters you. Which is a limitation in my mind, so I recently switched to playing mid and I would like advice on how riven mid works , what's her strong points in that lane , when to fight , who to ban , what's your objective and so on.

Im familiar with top lane and I know when I'm screwed or not, but in mid lane it's different. It seems like I can take more bad trades and not be heavily punished for needing to go back on a bad wave . When do you know your lane is screwed and when it is not?

Before you say just watch viper or x stream play her mid , trust me I have done that . All I'm seeing is basically take constantly bad trades or trade your health for minions and just press b when you are in their lethal range and repeat, until you can take control of the wave. Just don't get behind ,get good cs and take skirmishes that happen left and right and take over the game after that.

This constant ,waiting until the 7 minute mark to actually be able to get lane control and trade effectively with your opponent has dulled my mechanics and my perceived champion power.

Any advice is appreciated !
