Okay so this happened yesterday and I’m still thinking about it because it was really creepy and I feel gross.
So I do DoorDash. My husband comes with me because I’m hard of hearing and for safety. Normally, he’ll watch me from outside of the car while I drop stuff off. Well, I had just finished a drop off and was walking back to the car when a guy came up to me and started asking for my number. I ignored it and kept walking. He started following me and I looked at my husband who just stood there watching. I crossed the street and the guy continued to follow me so I pulled out pepper spray and sprayed him and ran to the car.

As we’re driving away I just lost it. I yelled at him asking why he was just standing there staring at me when he saw I was being followed. His response? “I was thinking if I should run him over” ???? Boy W H A T?? Like you didn’t think maybe running up to me or saying something would work??? He told me that he thought I had it handled and I got him to go away anyway.
I told him he had a walnut brain and I can’t believe he’d let me panic like that. He has since apologized but I’m still a bit..not mad but maybe..disappointed? What if the guy had a weapon? What if he grabbed me? I feel a bit bad for the walnut remark but I’m still so confused to as why he didn’t help this one time.
