Such a lady!

Slow going, but finally after this and getting all my Star Wars characters to level 10, it’s time to take a break.

Scamper is just enjoying life at 13

After stirring it up it was surprisingly good. The cilantro lime rice was mild but no off flavor like some have. Birria was good but could have used a little more sauce. Would eat again!

Mittens loves the head scritches, but I’ve never seen this tiny of a blep on her before.

First time poster, long time lurker finally was able to get a clean pic of the gap, or lack thereof. About as good as it gets with American!

So I ordered a new office chair, and conveniently they provided a tool to open the tape on the box.
It, as well, was taped to the box. Under several layers of tape.

Of course, the altered Macross logo drives me nuts but the reviews were all solid for this. But since I may not be able to afford the big boy coming out later this year and I’m a huge Lego nerd, I figured what the heck. I unboxed it. I was telling my kids about when I first saw Robotech when I was a kid, probably 11 or 12 and how I would run home after school to catch the latest episode. My 19-year-old daughter literally started crying saying that was probably one of the sweetest things to imagine me as a kid looking at something like this back then but not being able to afford the original Matchbox one. So hopefully over this long I’ll get to building this bad boy!

I’m visiting my Folks and my mom was doing her checkbook bouncing and I realized she has been using this calculator for as long as I can remember and when I asked her, she said they bought it in 1975 which is when it came out. This thing is an absolute workhorse and I think they might’ve changed the batteries in it a handful of times in those 51 years. It may not be the fanciest but it does the basic stuff that you need!
