Question about cloud calcs: why we use Air density instead of Cloud density to get our Mass?

Had a Conversation about that a day ago, and it kinda make me wonder about it

4 Monokumas dispersed clouds (Calc)

4 Monokumas dispersed clouds across the screen

Panel height: 768.00 Panel width: 1366.00

Clouds are likely stratocumulus given how they look in the episode which are slightly lower than 2000 metres in height according to WMO

2tan(70deg/2)2000×1366/768= 4981.6

Volume: π(4981)^2(750)= 58458035887,88

Stratocumulus density: 0.45 g/m^3

Mass: (58458035887,88)(0.45)= 2630611614.9546 kg

Now Velocity, it took 2 seconds so let's go with that

Velocity: 4981÷2= 2490

Kinetic energy: 2/(2630611614.9546)(2490)^2= 8.15502753694E+15 or 1.9 megatons of TNT

It took for 4 Monokumas to perform this feat

True result= 1.9 megaton/4= 487 kilotons of tnt

HIGH BALL: this section will be using air density which is 1.225 kg/m^3

(58458035887,88)(1.225)= 7161109396265.3 kg

Now kinetic energy: 2/(7161109396265.3)(2490)^2= 2.2199797183892E+19 or 5.3 gigatons

It took 4 Monokumas to do this

True result: 5.3 gigatons/4= 1.3 gigatons

Korosensei dispersing clouds (Calc)

Korosensei dispersing clouds all over the Horizon in seconds

Ok so I'll Be using Mt. Takao as reference since it's the most prominent mountain in Hachioji (the real life counterpart of Assassination Classroom) and Class E mountain should more or less be the same height, which is 599 m

Mountain: 599 m

Class E: 427 m

Horizon level: 73800 metres

Clouds are either stratocumulus or nimbostarous but for sake of lowball, let's use stratocumulus which are on average 750m in thickness according to WMO

Volume: π(750)(73800)^2= 1,2832871919113 m^3

Air density: 1.225 kg/m^3

Mass: 1,2832871919113(1.225) =15720268100913.43 kg

Now speed, it took around 5 seconds so let's go with that

Velocity: 73800÷5= 14760 m/s

Now Kinetic Energy: 0.5(15720268100913.43)(14760)^2 = 1.7123899399107E+21 or

409.2 Gigatons of TNT
