For those of you riding Diablo on Sunday, are you worried about the heat at all, and if so, how will you prepare? Hoping that in the ~8-10AM window, it won't be so bad, but I don't know what it'll be like once we're past the Junction and in the more exposed parts. If anyone has done the challenge before in unusually warm conditions, would appreciate any tips!
I didn’t realize it was a BC thing, how they try to hold down your arm when you’re scratching them, so that your hand doesn’t go anywhere or do anything else other than keep scratching them 😆
I‘m 33F and found out over the weekend I’m pregnant (ahh!!). I’m genuinely so happy and grateful to find out we conceived on our second try — a few women in my life had made hurtful comments that I would have a hard time conceiving because I work out too hard (has anyone else gotten these comments?!). That plus finding out I have very low AMH (0.5), I had convinced myself I would have a hard time getting pregnant.
At the same time, I'm feeling very sad about what will happen to my body and lifestyle. I'm someone who thrives on exercise. Love cycling, tennis, and picking up new sports like windsurfing and weightlifting. This year I’ve felt like I’m in the best shape of my life. The cycling races later this year that I’d been training for, I probably won’t be able to do them (I’ll be deep in first trimester, fingers crossed I carry this pregnancy through then).
It’s almost like mourning my body that I had worked so hard for, as I know the days are numbered before things begin to change in ways totally out of my control… I would love some support and wise words on how others have coped and managed through these emotions!!

Hey ladies! My custom veil combined the Wink (shorter blush veil, custom) with the Constance veil (cathedral length). Together, it created 3 tiers that cascaded down. My vision was to create a fuller, more lush look than a single veil, but still ethereal.
Selling for $350, which is little less than 50% of what I paid for in total. It's professionally cleaned and ready to take on a second life, which it deserves! There is one small hole that I don't think is noticeable.

I was wondering if anyone here has also had slow shipping issues with Jones Road purchases off their website. I made a purchase Thursday 5/28, and while I got the order confirmation, I have yet to get a shipping notice after more than a week.
