I called the hotel and they confirmed multiple room types are available the weekend I am interested in booking. There are even rooms available on third parties like booking.com

But on Chase Travel it says "rate unavailable". I checked other dates the month prior and Chase Travel has "sold out".

So it definitely isn't sold out. Should I try again later? Can a Chase representative make this happen for me? Do any of your savvy Sapphire folks have any tips?

If I book a hotel from The Edit using Chase Travel do I get $500 credit for that first night?
