How does one go about requesting a traffic study to be done at a particular stoplight? We were told that the town of Colonie does not own this stoplight. So do we need to contact Albany county? Someone else said Department of Transportation?
Forgive me if I seem like I don't know what I'm talking about.... I don't lol. All I know is, we would like a traffic study done before a new development is put in.
