Career Change

F(25)- Anyone that changed their career and went into nuclear medicine? I have no experience in health care but I love everything the job offers and the most enjoyable classes for me were all science-related too.

I have a bachelors in business and worked in HR but I’m looking to switch to nuclear medicine and thankfully I’m local to the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Nuclear Medicine Technology and Computed Tomography offered at Gateway in Arizona but to think that I would have to go back to school all over again for 4 whole years (with a 1-3 year gap in addition due to the waitlist at gateway) is a quite daunting. Thoughts?

Scheduled for surgery!!

Now I’m getting scheduled for surgery! Can someone share their experience post surgery? How was your post op experience and symptoms after parathyroidectomy?

For the record, I’m 25 years old, tested to ensure it wasn’t genetic or FHH and everything pointed back to Primary Hyperparathyroidism. The brain fog, fatigue, and bone aches have been intense lately so I’m glad there’s a solution.

Do I have the chart to be a successful day trader (options trading)?

I would have this as a side hustle and if it works out then I would do it full time, but I truly want to know if my chart even indicates day trading. Investments in general like the stock market, crypto, and looking into trust funds are also something I’m interested in as a way to build wealth.

I’m not sure if it matters but I do want to note Mercury is in pushkara bhaga and pushkara navamsa.

💰 D10 (I’ll include it since it’s not shown in this photo):

• Virgo ascendant with Ketu
• 1L & 10L Mercury in the 3rd house in Scorpio
• 11L Moon in the 5th house in Capricorn
• 12L Sun in the 8th house exalted in Aries conjunct 4L & 7L Jupiter
• 5L & 6L Saturn in the 6th house in Aquarius mutually aspected by 2L & 9L lord Venus in Leo.

Pushkara Bhaga & Pushkara Navamsa

I’ve read mixed information regarding pushkara navamsa but not much regarding pushkara bhaga (degrees). Can someone share their expertise or research related to planets in pushkara bhaga and its actual impact?

When will life start to get better?

(25)F - I don’t know why but for the lately I’ve had SO many life changing events and difficulties in my life that have been overwhelming. Everything has been a challenge for a while. I wonder when things will get better in my life in ANY area?

(25) F - What do you guys think?

The calcium and ionized calcium is in the screenshot, my PTH is at 56, and then my vitamin D is at 29.60.

I’m 25 years old, and I’ve been feeling “off” for quite a while. I’ve had society anxiety peak a few years ago randomly, stomach pain, noticeable brain fog, and achy pain in my legs especially the left knee (and most recently, the right knee) for over a year now. I also have been finding it extremely difficult to work a full time job for the past few years. I honestly wondered how tf I would live the rest of my life like this.

I was recently referred to a endocrinologist after these lab results. They want me to do a 24 hour urine sample first. I’ll be turning in that urine sample tomorrow + doing a calcium and ionized calcium blood test one more time. I’m so worried I hope I get back to my old self again soon.

CSC has released JW201 visas

Click the link to see if you can download the JW201 visa. Some students have been able to download their JW201 visa without being notified by their university. If this is you, then congrats on getting the scholarship! Your department should be sending out an email soon.

*If you could comment your university that would be extremely helpful for others to see where they should be at with their university.•

If you are getting an error message such as “incorrect name, password, or email” on file but you have triple checked anything looks correct then it means one of three things:

  1. You have likely been rejected only if you are seeing other people from your university able to download their JW201 form. But still wait and see maybe a miracle can happen.

  2. If you aren’t seeing anyone else from your university being able to download the JW201 form then that likely means it hasn’t been released yet for your university, stay patient.

  3. If you did not qualify for the type B high level scholarship then if you qualify for the type B silk and road scholarship you could be considered for that one, your department should inform you on this one already or sometime soon.
