Im so worked up today because everything is js not in stock and almost everything is in the backroom. Ik what’s metrics fraud but it’s our TLs rule to look in the backroom when its in stock. Honestly, if they let us do it can’t they make our life easier? Like aside from item not found, they should also put an option like look in the backroom and we can skip it so everything that’s in the backroom will be in the end of the pick and we js have to go once in the backroom and look for it. 😪 sighh i feel like quitting soon because of this, maybe js hire a robot instead yk.

Whoever suggested that, fuck u bru. We’re almost overdue earlier because we keep getting 10-20 items per round we had to call other associates from other departments. 6 totes is acceptable but doing both at the same time is a waste of time plus running around the store js to get 1 item per aisle like cmon bro.. One thing also about gmds with autos is gmds isn’t even near due and the autos are almost due but for some reason the system mix them both that makes it overdue because the other autos that needs to be done first is replaced by gmds that’s not even almost due.

So I’m having a problem with my address, I already changed it many times in my account but it only says submitted and no email was sent from USCIS about changing my address. The thing about it is when I was changing my address in the immigration in sf airport with the officer, he did put the wrong number instead of 60 cedar pointe loop it became 67 pointe loop, I knew it was wrong when my ssn came. Well, im glad my ssn came with that address. I knew its gonna go bad with USCIS with that address so I changed it but idk if they really changed it because now my green card is now being returned in USCIS. I cant also submit a request to re email it, it says the receipt cannot be found or sumn. My temporary green card is expiring soon and im getting really really worried about it. I also called the USCIS last time but the lady i spoke to is so rude and even needs the petitioner in call which is my dad and he’s always in work. Is there any way to solve this problem? Any of yall had the same situation as me?

Im wondering for those who picks all day, what do you do to stay sane throughout the day without energy drinks or coffee? Honestly, if i dont drink monster, customers annoys me easily so I had to drink to keep myself sane lol ik its hilarious but its the only thing that keeps me in the mood. I dont like or drink coffee tho so energy drink is my second option. Im also working 5-2 and istg i sleep 6-7hrs but im still so exhausted without drinking it. Ik that its unhealthy so im trying to stop drinking it, doesn’t taste good anyways its like drinking a liquor bc ur heart broken lol. I also skip breakfast but doesn’t change a thing after taking a lunch.

Well honestly, I can sense she doesn’t like me. She keeps getting my printer and telling me she’s using it for oversized, but that bitch never return it to me and use it as her own. Like yeah ik we dont own a damn printer but the thing is in our store, if we’re using it, a lil respect to not get it bc we use it for small picks like unknowns and alcohols after big picks. One more thing is she sounds so bossy, no thank you or sorry lol. So I had to do my thing yesterday and being that gen Z bitch in a workplace and get the printer in her cart while she’s doing a pick. Yall millennials, js bc yall are older doesn’t mean yall can be a bitch and be bossy with the younger ones. Remember that we have same salary and we’re js here as a stepping stone for a real job while yall been here working to simply live til u die.

Honestly, I’m planning to get a second job even tho my hours is alr 40 bc its js not enough here in cali. Is it fine to ask the manager bc she’s also the one setting schedules if I could have a set schedule? because I’m already set for 5-2 but i still get 8-5 schedules at random days even tho i told them before to schedule me between 5-2 and 6-3. Im planning to work in coffee shops or fast foods so I think it’ll be fine if i tell them because its not a supermarket or maybe like target right? I can edit my set schedules but im scared they will cut my hours if i put my set time availability. I rlly needed that hours tbh bc im saving up for a car.

So I alr have 13hrs of ppto after working for almost 3mos with 0pts. Is it a red flag if I use it this tuesday? Im kinda scared to get my hours cut off because I do really need to pay bills but im kinda exhausted with work and needed a rest. Wednesday and Thursday is my day off so if I use it in tuesday, I can rest for 3 days straight. Im js worried that they might think im incompetent and cut my hours.

So yeah it started today and the first thing I noticed about it is how my average pick count went lower. I tried to do my normal routine with slow days, I remember averaging 500 picks in slow days but today I barely made 400 picks. Ambient runs always 25-30, u get lucky with 50+ picks with the new update and it’s so exhausting running around the whole aisle to js get one item there. Numbers are kinda low but normal for us as I work in neighborhood one.

The thing is nobody told us that there’s an implementation about carts esp the pulling one. We still have 8 totes in our cart and nobody told us to pull only. Had to make sure I bring a printer with me because sometimes it gives u 2 orders of chilled and will give u the other 6 orders after ur done with the first two.

I know I’m in the wrong for taking 5 more minutes during my break but I js went to 3 straight 100+ picks per round. My foot was hurtin that time and I waited for it to stop hurting and when my TL went to the break room, she saw me chitchatting and when I was abt to go back she told me that we need to talk and telling me about how should I take EXACTLY 15 mins break. The thing is she’s even taking a break even tho its not her break and we havent seen her around in the afternoon like most of the time when we need her. Ik im not the only who hates her because i heard some of my team talking abt her performance and basically talking shit about her.

What’s crazier is after the day i got coached, my name was written in the board for the best most picks 💀💀 I never got coached before because honestly, I average 600 picks even in slow days with minimum 140 pick rate and that’s already good for a wm neighborhood. Its been like 4mos also since I started working here so ig my performance did an expectation for taking a 5 extra minutes break lol.

Im 22|F. So I js moved here in US 3mos ago after my dad petitioned me and when I started working last month, he asked me to pay the electricity and I will be giving again for my next paycheck. Honestly, it feels like I kinda hated moving in with him right now because I tried to understand that he told me to stop going to college two years sgo since ill be moving in the US. He told me that he will help me pay for my school fees once i start to study here but then when I came here, he told me that I had to finance for myself like for everything. So now im trying to save up so i could study again but its js so ridiculous that he’s even asking me for a payment in rent, it feels like i owe him for giving me an american life I never wished for in the first place. I js had to say yes because my mom told me so (they separated since im 3 and they have new families now.)

Ive been here for almost 2mos and at first, our TL is kinda nice to me but as time pass by.. idk she’s getting too annoying for some reason. Also, she’s always in the manager’s office and not helping at all in the afternoon. She’s js gonna pick a lil in the morning and js chitchat or roam around late morning to afternoon. She told us to CALL HER when an item is cannot be found but I heared her ranting that she’s kinda gettin annoyed when everyone calls her for help. I also saw her locker full of free foods that’s supposed to be for all the associates and I think she’s gettin too much to stock up her locker. Im js too stunned when i saw it 😂😂😂 Also, when my co associate is tryna look for her theyre also gettin annoyed bc she’s nowhere to be found when she’s supposed to be in the OPD room. My one co worker even told me that “its not her lunch time why is she nowhere to be found” and ik her time shift so she’s so right for that. One even said that she got coached for having under 100 picks in an hour I mean her shift is alr afternoon and its kinda slow at that time so that’s understandable and she’s helping in dispensing too when there’s alot to dispense. Honestly js here to rant coz I cant trust any of them to talk abt it loll
