Libby not allowing to borrow certain books!

Libby not allowing to borrow certain books!

'You cannot borrow this title on this card at the moment. You can place a hold to be notified when this title is available to you.'

When I try to borrow some books on Libby, it pops out this message! It isn't for all books, and it happens when there are no copies in use. I placed some in hold, but I feel like it'll be there indefinitely.

I tried this both on my phone and on my laptop, but neither works. It doesn't seep to be a Wifi issue either. The sample works just fine. Any help?

I'm sorry if this is a frequent question or something, but I can't find any helpful answers online

Edit [reply to a comment]: To make a library card in my city/country, you can make one online which connects to all the libraries in the city, there aren't separate library cards for each library. So my libby account is connected to my city's one libby drive, or whatever it's called. So I don't see any sense in limiting the copies of it, or be part of a consortium since the city takes pretty good care of libraries and people who go there, but again, I might not fully understand what you meant by that because that seems a bit confusing since I'm thinking 'why would someone/the other branches do that'.

Edit 2: I initially thought it might be a bug, but that's not it. My library shows the exact same catalog online, with the same options to Borrow. The same message pops up when trying to borrow from there too. So this is something on the library's end, and I have sent a message to them asking about it.

Planning to take Accounting retake after getting a E in AS, any tips?

Also, would you recommend to take accelerated instead so I would give all 4 components of accounts at my A2? If so, why or why not?

Also, any general tips or help/resources for accounts would be a real help, thanks!

Please help! Has anyone studied from Sir Rohail Ahmed? Can you please recommend if he's a good teacher or not? (Accounts)

Looking for Accounting tutors rn, and Sir Rohail Ahmed fits into my price range and time. However, I don't know about any reviews of him, how is he as a teacher? Is he strict? Is he thorough with the syllabus? Does he complete it on time? Does he help struggling students?

Any recommendations on niche topic documentaries which are light-hearted and not have any heavy themes?

I used to watch documentaries and was super invested in them, but i stopped and they don't get recommend to me anymore (i do not remember any of the channels) :/// So anyone got recs for some light-hearted documentaries about interesting subjects? e.g the guy who faked an element/that one font documentary. Recommend some channels too!

(i did check r/Documentaries but they were more political/not light-hearted, i want some niche stuff u guys are interested in, like a history of fonts, or the guy who faked a new element type thing)

Edit: Thanks so much for the recs! But please add a bit what the doc is about instead of just the title lol

People who did maths in A2 privately, any advice/solutions?

I'm planning to go private in A2, would you recommend it to an average student? I do have an interest in maths and I think I can do it (though if you have reasons against it, please do tell)

I'm planning to learn purely by Mathlete on yt only and past papers. Does he have everything up for S2 and Pure 2 on his channel?

Also, any general advice, or if you know about anyone who took private/and other posts talking how they took private in alvls, can you link them here? thanks?

Any recommendations on difficult rogue-like games? (But not card based!) (PC/Switch)

Hi, I've played a few rogue-likes before, and can anyone help me with finding some good ones to play? Niche ones are alright too, it doesn't need to be super popular

Games blacklist

- Hades (played already)

- Hades 2 (Not rly interested in playing the second one rn)

- Blue Prince (I spoiled myself by watching playthroughs of it... though honestly I don't think I would be smart enough to get anything there lol)

- [Edited] Binding of Isaac

- (might add more if I remember the other I've played)

Is there any reason that comments can't be pictures? We can't even comment gifs of any not super popular cartoons for the 'Favorite xyz character Day 1' because of this since they usually don't exist

Before anyone says 'well, you can just write the character name', of course I can, but adding an image provides better visibility. I don't understand why gifs are enabled but images aren't.

There's literally a rule in this sub: 'Visuals Must List Characters Names'. And it isn't allowed to post an image when discussing the post, this is just silly
