2 hours later

so this order were 2 hours ago i had no clue grubhub allows the customers to add tips to a order after it has already been 2 hours or longer later. anyone else ever got a surprise like this from a customer?

Drivers

Do any drivers not know that if it is too many of us around in a area most likely alot of us will not get any orders. when it is too many drivers crowded in a market it becomes difficult for anyone to get orders. start spreading out i always see so many drivers crowded in one area amongst mcdonalds etc..

This is ridiculous

So now i got a delayed violation. grubhub is really on bs. it makes you not even want to deliver anymore when at the second violation. i notice i got this after one of my recent deliveries where i were sitting directly in front of a mcdonalds and i got two orders a bundle one for the mcdonalds i were sitting directly near. and one for subway which were further away. grubhub wanted me to pick up the subway order first then pick up the mcdonalds order last. i felt that made absolutely no sense because either way one of the orders or both would have already been ready for pickup so i just picked up the mcdonalds order first then went to subway. the subway order were late to be picked up because i waited at mcdonalds for the drive thru to go down. im wondering if this violation came from that or could it be due to marking the orders as im running late when on the way? because i also mark orders as not ready store busy / long line when i arrive if its a wait at the store and it always says ratings will not be affected. but when marking orders as im running late it does not say anything pertaining to ratings not being affected.

wowww

has this ever happened to anyone? the devil is busy! i always show up to the merchant and just say i have a order show them and confirm and leave. how are the merchant rating us and we are not even seeing a merchant rating anywhere?

Chicago Drivers

how is it for anyone else in chicago? it seems to been very slow lately even during the peak hours since the taste of chicago and windy city smokeout is in town it seem to be really slow. but is it the same for anyone else? i also think grubhub are getting alot of new drivers and they are prioritizing them first.

Chicago dashers

For any dashers in chicago who were out late last night at the taco bell on clark & fullerton me personally im avoiding going back. i arrived for a pickup and the guy were yelling if you have any doordash, ubers any of that we do not have the order because we are closing. i said to myself hell no im getting this order somehow i traveled far from downtown to lincoln park. the guy rudely literally made all of the other dashers, ubers, leave the lobby. once everyone left i said Hey i just got here do you have this person order he whispered i got you and he made the staff make the order. this will be the second time i witnessed the employees treating dashers horribly. i understand the whole i don't want to see phones in my face thing when dashers show up throwing phones up in their faces but if they going to refuse to give dashers orders refuse to give the drunks their orders as well who causes chaos. we could never get orders because of all the drunks flooding the lobbies or drive thru
