How do I stop laughing at my coworkers jokes even when I don’t actually find them funny?
I know it sounds crazy, but I’ve noticed that I tend to laugh at my coworkers’ jokes or funny remarks during conversations, even when I don’t actually find them funny. It’s not a full-on laugh, it’s more like a little “ummp” or chuckle. 😭
For context, I can remember my dad saying to me when I was a kid, “Boy, why you smiling so much?” 💀 I smile/laugh 24/7 (not literally, of course). I’m not a super serious or uptight person at all. I joke around a lot. But because I joke so much, there have been plenty of times when I’ve made a joke or funny remark to a coworker and they don’t laugh, not even an “ummp.” They just look at me like: 👁️👃🏽👁️ I’ve literally told myself, “Next time they say something that isn’t funny, I’m not laughing.” But NEVERTHELESS, I still instinctively give them a little “ummp.” 🤦🏽♂️
Does anyone have any insight into why I do this? Is it people-pleasing? Empathy? Just a social habit?
I’m genuinely curious because I seem to do it automatically, even when I’ve consciously decided not to.🤔

Idk why but when I change it to 2160p it blinks out. My tv can handle it and it's what I usually play on. Even on the current resolution of 1080p you can still see little white does flickering 🥲

Hate to do this, really feel like a "Karen" but this guy is ridiculous man😓
Called him about 5 times he answered the 5th time(I know now it's probably because he had someone else in the car)... I tell him to cancel it he says "I can't because my ratings are already low"😓 i tell him "THIS is why your ratings are low, doing stuff like this" I asked him how far is he, he said "7 mins away"! I had to cancel and I went to try to report him or SOMETHING. But there is no way I can do that without saying an item is lost? Does anyone know another way to report this guy? Or atleast give him a bad rating or something?!

Just watched overlord(not an avid anime watcher)
PLEASE can someone recommend me other anime's like this? Where they cast magic? With a main character as staring/durable as Lord ainz?🙏🏽 I don't really like over the top anime but I feel like this anime was so good when it comes to the fighting/magic I just wish it were more fighting scenes 😅
