Observing most of the comments in this subreddit, I can tell this is a really diverse subreddit, and that's already something beautiful. People come from different backgrounds, hold different beliefs, and see the world in very different ways.

However, most posts here are light, just giggles and casual stuff. But whenever someone posts something controversial, people jump into the comments, and everyone starts sharing their opinions whether they are disagreeing or agreeing.

Now, standing up for what you believe in is easy when everyone agrees with you. The real courage shows up when a lot of people disagree and you stand your ground and say what you think, calmly and honestly, without needing the crowd's approval.

So I'd like to encourage everyone to use this subreddit as a practice ground. Share your opinion even when it might not be popular. Explain your reasoning. Let people push back, and don't fold just because the negative replies pile up or you’re getting a lot of downvotes, that's how confidence is built: one disagreement at a time, in a place where the stakes are low.

And if you're on the other side of the disagreement, stay respectful. Part of building courage is making room for others to build theirs too."

Hi all, nipo na ka greenhouse project hapa, sasa I need to put a greenhouse film, however my i can’t reach up there to ensure the film is tightly placed. I need a ladder that at least 5m. Will only need it for about 24hrs and will return it.

I will be very grateful, I am currently in Dar es salaam.
