9 Months on Reta: 86lbs Down

Happy to share my experience with any women who are thinking about starting reta, or anyone who has questions about training, or the overall journey. When I first started, I had a lot of doubts and had to learn through trial and error, so I know how overwhelming it can feel in the beginning.

For some context, I started at 250 lbs around September 2025 and I'm currently 164 lbs as of June 2026 — a total loss of 86 lbs in 9 months.

My training split is 4 days a week:

Quads + Glutes

Push

Pull

Hamstrings + Glutes

I started on 1 mg reta, and the appetite suppression was noticeable fairly early on. Currently I'm at 5mg

One thing I'd say is not to compare your progress to the dramatic transformations you see online. I saw plenty of people losing weight much faster than I was, but everyone responds differently. Your results will depend on your diet, training, consistency, lifestyle, and how your body responds. As long as you're making steady progress, you're moving in the right direction.

Feel free to ask me any questions if you need help—I'm happy to share what I've learned. Just please, no creeps.
