Utilities Bill Ain't Mathin'

Has anyone else been keeping track of the extra we are paying on our utilities the last 3 months to see if the amounts actually total what they said they would as they changed over to the new system? I should have paid roughly $140 more over the 3 months but it turned out to be closer to $210. I wonder how we complain or get our money back?

Edit: I am not asking for help analyzing my bill, I already did that. I am asking if anyone else did the math on their own bill.

Finally finished these fabulous green socks for a friend!

Second pair knit with the afterthought heel, it’s growing on me.
