Post op mesh sensation

For those with umbilical hernia robotic repair when did or have you ever healed enough to not even feel the sting or discomfort from the mesh when moving in certain positions. I don't feel any severe pain but I can feel the tug when getting up from lying down. My surgery was July 1st so I don't expect that feeling to go away anytime soon I'm just curious. Other than that I feel better without the stomach binder.

Umbilical hernia surgery robotic with mesh

Today I had my surgery for my umbilical hernia and so far so good. It was robotic and I went through workers compensation. Definitely discomfort and slight pain but I am on narcs so idk how much pain or discomfort I'm actually in. I'm still loopy and tired from anesthesia but I'm in bed and hungry as fck. Any questions reach out I'll try to answer as my recovery days pass

Long term with a mesh

Is there anyone here that has had an umbilical hernia fixed with a Mesh living with it after maybe 5-25 to 30 years plus? How do you adapt and did it get in the way of things like sex, eating on thanksgiving, having a few too many drinks (I don't drink) bending or exercising?

Umbilical hernia

Waiting to see a surgeon about a umbilical hernia. Im 37 m with a wife and 2 kids. A 2 year old and a 6 week old. My concern isn't the surgery it's the recovery having a family in need of attention whether that's me helping with diaper changes, feeding the baby, or working in the kitchen to clean bottles or cook (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Currently our 2 year old sleeps with us and our 6 week old in a bassinet next to my wife so my 2 year old is always in the middle (queen bed) my question is how difficult will it be to sleep and get up? I do well with pain tolerance normally but this would be pain or discomfort I never experienced.

Meat managers pay

I'm curious and haven't received an answer before but can someone tell me how much could a meat manager make per hour at most? Is it possible to make $30+ an hour in the Carolina's or elsewhere south ?

Brakes and rotors

Having issues finding good brakes and rotors that'll last longer than most. I'm looking at the powerstop z23 evolution sport (k8809) I was hoping someone with experience could help me out with some advice. I drive 95% highways about 50 miles a day at around 70-100 mph. I'm not looking to race or go crazy just going to work and home.
