To Mapuans na currently renting sa Zen Towers (or nearby condos), may I know your experience? Honest insights please. Planning to rent din kasi since near lang.

1. Concern ko sa condos if maraming ipis (hindi maiiwasan) pero sabi naman nila as long as you clean your condo and you dispose trash properly okay naman. Is this true?
2. Magkano rent niyo sa Zen Towers? Around 20k kasi magagastos ko per month sa rent if ever. Ganoon ba talaga?
3. Ano po yung mga tambayan, bilihan, or places na meron sa Zen Towers? Na-visit ko lang is yung pool, study area, and yung Dunkin sa baba. Any nearby places pa kahit ‘di sakop ng Zen? Like convenience store or for laundry.

Bukod sa Zen Towers, I’ve heard okay daw sa Suntrust Solana and Suntrust Parkview.
4. State your experience please. Also, mas malayo raw ang Solana, ilang minutes po kaya if lalakarin?
5. Rinig ko sa Parkview minsan nagloloko elevator and maraming ipis. Should I still give Parkview a chance or mas better Solana o Zen Towers?

May I ask the ff:

1. Paano po yung usage / function ng sites that I mentioned? Like kunwari yung isang site for announcements, the other one naman is to submit outputs or answer activities. Ano po ba ang dapat ko malaman?
2. Naka-bookmark po sakin yung (3) websites sa laptop, okay na po ba ‘yon or do I need to download it pa? If I can download those, pwede naka-sign in yung accounts sa laptop and at the same time sa phone? (multiple devices kumbaga).
3. May mga issues po ba sa sites na ‘yon? Bukod sa nabasa ko na need mo palitan yung password from time to time (?)

hi! sorry its me again 😭 may nabasa kasi ako recently here and i have some questions abt mapua. afaik may orientation naman n such, kinakabahan lang ako so i wanna know abt things na.

1. umulan bumagyo may klase pa rin daw or gagawing online class, pero may nabasa ako na ‘di rin naman natutuloy mag oc. what’s the truth? and lahat po ba ng profs ganoon?
2. online exam w lockdown browser. ik the browser alr kasi i took the mpass na. but yung online exam, how does that work? depende ba sa prof kung sa bahay mo na lang ittake yung exam since online? may nabasa rin kasi ako na nagdadala sila laptop sa mapua tapos doon sila magtake ng exam. then may rants na pangit wifi and such, bawal po ba sariling mobile data kung ganoon? also, kung sa campus naman ittake ang online exam, pwede naman siguro lumipat-lipat ng lugar para makasagap ng internet no? hindi yung nasa classroom ka lang mag-eexam.

+++ dagdag ko na rin may sockets naman siguro pag nalowbat laptop? 😭 gaming laptop kasi akin mabilis malowbat :(((

hello po! planning to enroll sa mapua since my father is an alumni, civil eng graduate also. i know andaming mixed opinions and warnings na mahirap makalabas but no choice kasi ako but to study there 🥲

i recently visited mapua (intramuros branch) and realized na walang uniforms? i think pe lang ang meron. may i know po yung rules/policy ng school or everything i need to know please 🙏🏻 para prepared lang hehe. tips/advice will be helpful din po.

1. allowed po ba ang hair color sa mapua?

2. may nakikita ako nagpapalit ng id lace nila, pwede po yon?

3. dahil walang uniform, may bawal ba isuot like slippers/crocs, sleeveless na damit, shorts, etc…

4. kumusta po environment? like yung pagturo ng prof, canteen, library, etc… i just want to know everything abt the school hehe

5. ano ginagawa sa first day/week of school? T__T like what to expect
