does anyone else has noticed any issues with cpu intensive games after this updates dropped in armoury crate around 14th June cuz I installed them and my cpu has been running above it's base clock speeds even when idle like it hadn't before it ran 2.9ghz or lower before the update(base clock-3.2ghz)

breakfast 250g boiled black chana/ rajma / chole / sprouts + some onion tomato slices for flavor + 500 ml cow milk
lunch 100g amul protein paneer(20g protein)+ 200g curd + (1 roti with thodi sabzi or 100g rice with thodi daal)

armoury crate update issue
so i haven't played on my asus tuf A16 for 10+ days and later when I first booted up my laptop and my stupid ass accidentally installed some armoury crate updates which were pending. now I'm getting 1% frame rate drops and it is causing bad experience in competitive games online. how to resolve this?
