People who never shut up.

People who never shut up. Literally. Either talking unnecessarily or constantly making some kind of noise. Please. The silence is not awkward, I promise you. I don’t need to know your every thought. I don’t need you clear your throat or fake cough when you have nothing to say. Just because we exist in the same room, doesn’t mean I need you to speak to me- I actually prefer you to leave me alone. I also have my own thoughts, my own interests, my own situations I’m trying to come up with a resolution to, I can’t think for myself with you around, literally just leave me alone sometimes. Quiet is okay! Silence is okay!

People suck

In my 30+ years of living, all of my experiences with humans have been bad. There was a brief moment in time where someone was in my life that made me smile- about a year and a half. Then he decided we didn’t click and left my life from every which way that I could contact him. I asked him what I did and he kept telling me it isn’t my fault. I’m always told it isn’t my fault. If it’s never me then it must be always them. Even family members have betrayed me and abused me. I hate people and I hate how I still crave people. Why are humans like this? I genuinely can’t stand anybody anymore because they’ll just hurt me in the end if they haven’t already.

I’ve been into mini journals lately.

I don’t feel the need to fill a whole full page, but I can write multiple pages if I need to. It’s easier for me to express my thought and not worry about presentation this way.

Reading the entire article

If you see a news story you’d like to share, just share the headline or the important bits. Do not read it word-for-word aloud to those around you (unless they ask for it). It’s tedious to listen to somebody ramble on about something you aren’t invested in.

I open the blinds daily because not only is letting the sunlight in beneficial for health, but it motivates me to pick up my room (so my clutter isn’t exposed to the outside world).

Start a private text!

I don’t wanna be in the group chat and receive 900 notifications of people “liking” your nail polish photos. OR even better when two people have a complete conversation about something that involves nobody else, PLEASE, start a private text😭.
