Wheel/Tire combos that weigh equal to or less than stock?

Anyone found any? I want a more flush offset but don’t want to add rotational weight to accomplish it.

Whiteline rear sway installed

Took about 20-30min, super easy. Car handles a fair bit better now. Feels less boaty around corners. The stock end links seem fine with it but I’ll keep an eye on them.

Every FFL in my area has one looking at the parking lot. Anyone else noticing this? Or do I need a foil hat?

Husqvarna Frame Failure, What Lawn Tractor to Buy Next?

My 5yo YTH24V54’s frame failed completely on one side and mostly on the other side (photos). My small engine repair guy is going to try to fix it with welding and angle iron.

If that doesn’t pan out, what good comparable tractor should be my next one? I’m way behind on the market as far as what has good reliability and parts availability. Preferably also a 54” deck.

How I created a swamp and how I fixed it

Made a huge mistake of adding liquid CYA I’ve never used before, just before going out of town for a week. Normally I use the granular stuff but decided to try the liquid and even though I followed the instructions, when I got back my pool was a swamp full of algae and swimming bugs 🤢. When I tested the water the CYA was nearly 100ppm. Also we had a ton of rain which also probably didn’t help.

I managed to fix it in about 4 days. First I drained about 1/3 of the water and refilled. Did a good back flush of the sand filter while it was draining. Then each evening after sunset for 3 days I gave the pool (5,000gal) a quick back flush to blow algae out of the filter and 1 gal of liquid chlorine. Also sent the robot around to vacuum the bottom.

By the end of day 2 the water was milky blue but you couldn’t see the bottom.

I’m at the morning of day 4 now and the water is crystal clear. I didn’t use any flocc or clarifiers. CYA looks like it’s around 30-50ppm right now.

Just thought I’d share because I’m a noob but somehow had some success. Now I just need to figure out how much liquid chlorine how often to maintain it. The pool gets blasted all day by TX sun.
