One thing to note, standalone Methylcobalamin B12 is not currently available in California.

Update for everyone,

We have been on the phone all day trying to dig deeper into the orders that havent moved. It appears that due to greenwich going down to 23 states only, a lot of telehealths that were using greenwich have, of course, been trying to push orders to the pharmacy that we are using now and Glycine is apparently, in very high demand. It also looks like with the ongoing Empower news, some telehealths are trying to get ahead of it and move over to other 503a options as well. Our fulfillment pharmacy is a hub, similiar to the pharmacy hub, in which they provide other medications and other pharmacies for multiple providers, not just telehealths, so there is now a backlog.

So because we couldnt get a clear answer about when the orders would ship, we have asked our pharmacy partners to find a solution so that our patients arent stuck waiting for medication until this is all resolved without us being able to provide a timeframe.

For now any new orders placed for Tirzepatide+Glycine or Semaglutide with Glycine will be routed through VitaScripts along with any order currently stuck in the "shipped" loop that hasnt actually shipped.

It seems this issue was on the pharmacy end, as they were hoping for more stock this week.

Your cost will not change and this is a temporary fix to avoid delays and backlog. We are covering the difference of the pharmacy pricing and our 350 reddit deal remains unchanged.

We want to provide the best service we can, and in this industry, we have to adapt to changes in order to make sure medication reaches those that need it.

With that being said, anybody with delayed orders should see their orders being shipped tomorrow and Friday.

I know its not a lot of you that have delayed orders, but i am making this known here on reddit so that people are aware for now, DirX is routing any Glycine additive orders through Vitascripts.

If you have any questions, I am here to answer them. Our policy remains unchanged however, the orders havent been rejected, just rerouted and as such we cannot change shipping addresses or delivery dates.

On a personal note, even though we understand that these things happen, it doesnt make us happy when it does. All we can do is be transparent on what is going on and do our best to gather information and react to it before it becomes a bigger issue.

Update: as of Thursday Sept. 24th, nearly all orders that were stuck in the "shipping" loop due to a backlog have been successfully rerouted, fulfilled and shipped with new prescriptions for delivery tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience. It is not the best luck that we switch platforms and partner pharmacies, only to be met with a sudden backlog at the pharmacy end. We really appreciate everyone being so kind as we work through this for you.

Hello all! Happy Tuesday!

We have had an extremely large volume of new orders since last Wednesday as well as a lot of our existing patients coming over between Wed. And Fri. Last week.

For the most part, the majority of orders have gone out smoothly and delivered FedEx overnight on Friday, Saturday and yesterday.

As with any new platform, this is a major change in our operations. We are monitoring everything very closely.

With that being said there seem to be a handful of orders that are marked as shipped but havent been picked up by FedEx yet. We are in contact with the pharmacy to ensure they prioritize getting those orders out this week to everyone.

We are greatly appreciative of the large amount of people giving us a shot on our new platform, and rest assured, our team is working tirelessly to make sure everything gets to the point where its running like clockwork, nice and smooth.

If you have been affected by this delay, reach out through the customer portal messaging system so I can make sure I didnt miss anyone.

I want to share with everyone, that you now have the option when completing an Asynchronous intake, to choose to have a video telehealth call scheduled at no extra charge.

We want the option to be there for those that wish for a more personal, more complete telehealth experience. Of course, if you live in a synchronous state, that stays the same.

Please keep in mind, we are offering a more medically compliant and provider-patient focused model, so a provider can still request a video visit at their discretion. We try to make sure our providers have the flexibility to work with a level of care that they are comfortable with, or there may be something in your intake; like medications, health issues, allergies, that the provider may want to go over any medically relevant information with you.

But for those of you that want to have a 1 on 1 conversation with a provider and ask questions or have a more personal experience, the option is there for you.

Hello everyone!

Wanted to drop in to share that we now have Zofran available as an add on (non-subscription) we worked with VialsRX and have the options for a 1 month (15 tablets) for 15 dollars or 3 months (45 tablets) for 45 dollars.

Right now, it is only available as an add on every time you purchase Semaglutide or Tirzepatide during the intake.

If we add it as a standalone option in the store, it will be more expensive due to fees. As a bundle/add on we are able to provide it at cost during the same order. Ultimately we want something like symptom relief to be very affordable and accessible so this is the best option.

We are open for feedback! If anyone thinks they want to see it as a standalone option, we will explore it if there is demand for it. Just let us know your thoughts.

Im dropping in to share some new guidance that we have given the pharmacy in order to protect product quality and ensure shipping speed and the least amount of time in transit for our injectables. This does not apply to our womens health products at this time.

Moving forward, we have instructed the pharmacy to hold orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for shipping on Monday as some packages were incorrectly shipping and not arriving until monday. If you order on one of these days, your orders will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday (with the exception for Alaska and Hawaii which can require an extra day in transit in some cases)

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be delivered by UPS Overnight shipping, so if you haven't already I highly recommend downloading and using the UPS App for the quickest updates on your package.

Unfortunately during this change, a few Thursday orders were accidentally added on the backend to the new schedule, so if your package hasn't shipped yet this is why. Rest assured, your package should ship normally on Monday.
