So, just a PSA for everyone who might have been using these guys... I connected with the sales guy I was working with at Effective Home for my Solar install through LinkedIn, which was scheduled for 6th & 7th July... and he has confirmed that on Friday, 26th of June, Effective Home went into insolvency.

I have contacted Tesla who referred me to this company and they are looking into what they can do, and I have the previous sales guy sending my contact details to some other reputable people he knows... but anyone who put a deposit down or a system installed, you might need to wait for the administrators to contact you on what you owe, or are due a refund back.

I’ve been looking around at a few places for a quote for a 3:1 multisplit and costing, wondered if anyone else has done the same thing?

I’ve been quoted £6575 from one place, waiting for others… seems a bit steep to me… any advice?

Has anyone U.K. based got some quotes for a multi split system? Say a 3:1, what sort of prices were you quoted?

Anyone else experience problems in the portal this morning? Our pim requests whilst saying they’re approved successfully are not actually doing anything and the request comes straight back.

More of note if I make a change to a bastion setting it says successful but it doesn’t actually do anything.
