first its most definitely not a balayage (what i asked for and was charged for), its highlights and even if i asked for highlights (i didn’t) its like 5 strands and it looks horrible and the most of my hair is BLACK
second, the color is wtf, i told them and tjey said it will become warmer after washing and turn into that color?? How is grey supposed to turn into dark brown adter wash. I tried to communicate like 5 times and they just brushed me off and im already an introvert so i just gave up adter the 5th time
third they bleached tf out of the few strands they did, tjey said the highlight look was to minimize damage then bleached 5 strands BRIGHT BLONDE, pretty sure u don’t need to bleach thát light to go dark brown, i also told them it was fine if the color was a bit warmer due to not wanting them to bleach too many times
im so sad right now they charged me an extra $50 for long hair even tho i asked the price online before coming in with a pic of my hair which was longer then this by a few inches and they did say anything abt an extra charge, there was a price range for balayages and they charged me $50 over the maximum
