MS in Germany (VLSI/Embedded) - Directly after B.Tech or after 2 years of work?

Hey guys, I'm a final-year ECE student. Placements have started, but I'm considering skipping them and pursuing an MS in Germany in VLSI/Embedded Systems.

My relatives suggest working for 2 years first, saying it'll be easier to get a job after MS with prior experience. Is that actually true? Which path is less risky in the current market?

Would love to hear from people studying or working in Germany.
