Anaphylaxis advice

In October 2025, I had been experiencing pain and tightness on the left side of my chest for a few days. Because my diet had been unhealthy for some time, with daily sugar intake and junk food almost every day, I became worried that it might be related to my heart. To improve my lifestyle, I had recently started going to the gym and had completed two days of workouts.

At the same time, my stomach was not doing well, and I was having loose stools. In an attempt to improve my health, I started taking a mixture of neem powder, aloe vera powder, and amla powder with water every morning from 4 October onward. On 5 October, I had mutton with chapati for lunch, followed my normal routine during the day, and took an omega-3 capsule at night. I also exercised that day. On 6 October, I continued with the same routine, and my stomach issues persisted.

On 7 October, I had a protein shake containing protein powder and paneer. Later that evening, because of the ongoing chest tightness, I visited a cardiologist. After evaluation, she reassured me that my heart was completely normal and explained that the discomfort was due to muscle tension. She prescribed Pantocid and Mobizox (a combination of paracetamol and diclofenac).

That night, I ate khichdi with curd for dinner and took both medicines at around 11 PM before going to sleep. Around 2 AM, I suddenly woke up feeling very hot and noticed intense itching on my palms and feet. I informed my boyfriend, who thought it might be a mild allergy. However, the itching became much worse. Around 3 AM, I turned on the lights and discovered that my entire body was covered with hives. My face and eyes had also become swollen. Frightened by the sudden reaction, I called my friends for help. While they were on their way to my place, I lay down on my bed and waited for them to arrive. When they arrived, i woke up suddenly and felt a sudden drop in my BP, and fell down, but i was hearing my friends knocking from outside, I don’t know how i woke up and went, opened the door and again fel down, then my friends were slapping on my face so that I don’t close my eyes, i was feeling like that my body is shutting down, but suddenly i vomitted, and everything came out and after that i was feeling better, then i drank water but still the effect and extreme pain in the chest was there,so i went down 3 floors with little support and went to emergency in 15 minutes, there they have me one injection and one bottle liquid was given to me, and i rested there for an hour and got completely normal, and came back home at around 04:30 am, slept, went to office , did all the work, but due to this i have developed a severe health anxiety, panic attacks have started coming after 8 months, I don’t know what triggered this?

What might be the reason of this anaphylaxis? What might have caused this, i did an allergy test and found out that i am not allergic to anything in ige test just environmental allergens, please guide what might have triggered this? And what should i do to identify?

Need urgent help

Last year I had a severe allergic reaction that made me lose trust in my own body. Months later, without any major stress, I experienced my first panic attack — racing heart, breathlessness and BP shooting to 165/84. I admitted myself to emergency alone, but ECG and BP later came normal.

Since then my nervous system feels hypersensitive. Normal sensations trigger fear, sleep disturbance, chest heaviness and even loose motions whenever anxiety rises. For the last 3 days my gut reacts instantly to anxiety.

Last night was the hardest. I tried a nervous system reset and slept at 11 PM, but my heart suddenly started racing, intense anxiety waves came again and again, shivering started, and I stayed awake almost the entire night with repeated fear surges and loose motion episodes. Even this morning my body is shaking and chest feels heavy.

I’m 27, living alone, preparing for important exams, and I feel like my own body is working against me. I want to heal and get my life back.

If anyone has gone through panic/anxiety like this and recovered, please guide. I really need support right now.
