i started recently posting seriously about a little less than a month ago, and i post shorts daily. i reached 2k subs today due to two videos that blew up (one with over 333k views and another with 314k views). my channel has 46 videos, 2,228 subs, 698.9k views in the past 28 days, 1.2k watch hours in the past 28 days. i’m aiming to get my channel monetized by the end of this year. does anyone have any tips on how to do this? i would also like to know how fast your channels grew (on shorts).

recently my channel has been attracting more people. however, with this, multiple people in my comments have been trying to self promote, commenting things like “day two of trying to grow my channel through comments”. it’s also not is a few people, im talking about maybe 8-10 in the past few days. am i wrong for finding the blatant self promotion annoying?

does anyone know of any good whitening strips that won’t destroy my teeth (i’ve heard they can destroy ur enamel or smth or make your teeth extremely sensitive) and is actually effective?

So i know this song is really popular and has been around for quite some time but i just started listening to it recently. it’s a really beautiful song and i have many different interpretations of it. i know that this isnt the real meaning or the song but i see it as a song talking about the death or dying of a loved one. the yellow in the song could reflect many different things, and the first time i listened to it the line “you were all yellow” sound like the singer is talking about a loved one dying from a sickness such as jaundice that could turn them yellow. i also feel like them talking about the stars at the start of the song is important. they mention how the stars were “all yellow”. they talk about how the stars shine and they basically see the stars as a really beautiful thing. later in the chorus they say “your skin and bones turn into something beautiful”. this could reference how some people believe when people die, they turn into stars. skin and bones turning into something beautiful would mean after there loved one died, their body turned into something beautiful, which would be stars. i feel like the meaning is deeper than this but it’s not coming to mind rn

so if anyone doesn’t know in nyc there’s something called the shsat which some students take if you want to go to a specialized high school. for context i already took the shsat, i am going to 9th grade now. i didn’t do any prep for the shsat and i took it for fun because my mom encouraged me too. the reason i didnt do any prep was because i intended on going to high school in long island, so i would not be going to a specialized high school no matter what. i ended up scoring a 597 on the shsat and getting into stuy. i also have a dream of making it into an ivy league college one day. i rejected stuy because i already moved to long island, but now i cant help but feeling regret as whenever i go online i see people glazing stuy and i feel i wasted my potential. did i make a mistake by rejecting stuy?

so sorry this is gonna sound really stupid but i’m a food collector and i had one candy cane cake. i didn’t lock it because i thought i wouldn’t accidentally do anything to it but my hand fumbled and i fed it to my chocolate labrador 😭😭. everyone i found with it is expecting a huge overpay for it despite it barely being worth anything.. if anyone has one please consider maybe giving it to me i promise ill lock it and take good care of it.
