Why would a man block his girlfriend after an argument?

For context: My bf (20) of 3 months blocked me after an argument. It was something really small: I was stressed because I had to finishing packing for an upcoming trip and had literal minutes before my taxi came. We got into a small discussion not related to something personal. I can assure you that there was no fight, no insults, nothing that would hurt one another.
He suddenly stormed off, no good bye, nothing. He is a really explosive person and likes to storm off. But this time he blocked me on everything immediately after that. I haven’t heard from him in 2 days. Literal hours before he said to me that he loves me, will miss me and is sad that I am leaving.
I was so confused.

I now blocked him too and am calling myself single. Because I would never do that to a person I claim to love. I am a great person inside and outside and I know my value enough to step away if someone doesn’t want me.

My last question is: Why do some men block? Why not communicate? He didn’t even gave me the chance to explain myself.

I am just interested in a mans perspective on this situation.

It was something really small: I was stressed because I had to finishing packing for an upcoming trip and had literal minutes before my taxi came. He felt ignored that he came over to my place in the night to say good bye to me and I wasn’t paying my all attention to him. I told him that we can still talk ofc, I just have to make sure I have everything important with me while doing so.

Edit: Ofc it goes both ways, women can and do ghost/block too. I am just interested from a males perspective.

Changing locks two times in the span of 3 months?

I (21) am renting in this place for 1 1/2 years now, never had problems. This April my relationship ended and the other person was childish and refused to give me my keys back for a longer time. I explained the situation to my landlord, they told me it’s no problem to change the locks for my safety, I just have to give them the spare key. So I did.

Now, a few days ago, I accidentally lost my keys at a bus station and when I returned there were not there anymore. My adress is written on my keys.

I feel anxious that someone might use these keys to get access to my place. But I am so embarrassed to tell my landlord about it. It’s the second time in 3 months, she must think I am stupid af.

I am also away with my familiy right now, so I would have to ask them to change the keys for me.
Is this embarrassing? I am so ashamed. It’s my first time renting. What would you (as a landlord) think of lit?

Edit: I pay it myself, not the landlord .
