As a 16m from the working class in the uk. Ive grown poor my whole life. Im going to college soon. Im basically the only kid in my family whos made it this far. I know some of you might not be immigrants like me but what is your best advice to get over my financial paralysis in my life as in my future?

Should i be worried about money? (Uk only)

I (16m) have recently joined Reddit for advice about life and now i have been thinking about what am i going to do to make money. (my family lives in a council house) the most I’ve been thinking is how am i going to manage to be different from my family because i don’t want to end up like them.

Background info: I’m going to college in September doing English lit, photography, and law.

The only things that ever crossed my mind was real estate agent, lawyer, and a photographer for a company/business (i do not have a camera)

Im tired of seeing people live in houses and not have to share everything with their family.

Any advice?
