What is a modern dating trend or "unwritten rule" that you genuinely find exhausting and wish would die out?

For me, it’s the "intentional delayed texting" game. If a guy talked to me like that, I would say no without a second thought.

I cannot stand the toxic advice that says, "If they took two hours to reply, you have to wait exactly four hours to reply back so you don't look desperate." We are all adults walking around with phones literally glued to our hands 24/7.

I reply right away when I’m free, and hold off when I’m occupied. Playing mind games to keep up fake attitudes turns dating into tedious work, instead of something fun and heartfelt.

The game of waiting hours to text back just to "win" power in a relationship is exhausting.

Thoughts on pointy cup bra shapes?

How do you guys feel about bras that give you that super pointy bust look?

I’ve seen a lot bras designed with sharp pointed silhouettes. I've seen some people suspect it's due to the shape of their breasts, but I want to say: no, it's basically due to the bra's pattern and cutting.

Some people love this sleek look, but I personally feel it looks really unnatural and awkward in daily wear. Rounded soft cups always look more real and comfy to me.

Any big boobs girls feel skin tugging when your breasts spread out while sleeping?

Quick question for girls in this subreddit.

Does anyone else get that weird pulling/stretchy skin feeling across your chest when you sleep on your side and your boobs just flop out to both sides?

It’s not very painful, just that obvious tugging sensation all night long. Wakes me up feeling uncomfortable every time. That’s why I basically only sleep on my side all the time. It’s way more bearable for me.

So I’m wondering is it normal?

Why do people who will NEVER be pregnant have the most opinions on breastfeeding and maternity leave?

I've been holding this recently, I just had to come out and vent.

I’ve had so many conversations with seemingly "normal" guys, who claim to be progressive—who suddenly start acting like they’re experts on what women "should" do because of "nature."

The real reproductive power actually belongs to us.

Man who will never be pregnant or have to pause their careers—act like experts on breastfeeding, maternity leave, and "domestic instincts." It’s always the same script: they repackage our literal blood, sweat, and career sacrifices as "innate female nature" so they don't have to feel guilty about benefiting from it.

"Breastfeeding is just more natural, why would you want to use formula?" "Women are just biologically wired to be better at domestic stuff." "Taking a career break isn't a sacrifice, it's just what's best for the baby's development." etc

It’s easy to call it "biology" when it’s not your body being torn apart and your resume staying blank for two years.

Is $80–$100 honestly ridiculous for a bra… what’s everyone actually willing to spend?

I’ve been noticing how insane the bra price gap is lately. Some are only $20–30, while others hit nearly $100 or even more. Like Panache, Elomi, Freya I look at is sitting at $70+ now.

I feel like I’ve definitely had a spending downgrade the past couple years, plus I’m just disappointed with so many overhyped bra styles now.

When I was still relying on my parents for allowance, I’d splurge on expensive bras without a second thought. Now I overthink every purchase and really weigh if it’s actually worth the money.

Curious what price range everyone here normally sticks to? Anyone else feeling this pain?

Just spent 2 hours floating in the pool and realized my chest felt zero heavy for the first time ever??? Like, the weight just completely disappeared. Have I discovered a rehabilitation regimen for back-pain caused by heavy chest?

A random thought just popped into my head. Does anyone know if brands explicitly mark their bras as wide underwire or narrow underwire? Or even better—sell the exact same style with two different underwire options?

I'm suited for wide underwires, but sometimes I end up buying ones with narrow one. It’s so trial-and-error right now, and I wish labeling was standard.

Am I missing something? Do any brands do this clearly? Or is it all just guesswork and reviews?
